The receptionist was very helpful. The room was a good size, clean & functional.

Breakfast was good staff were pleasant

Decor looked tired parking wasn't good we also stayed at BB Pau before which is fantastic so we were expecting similar in cholet but we're disappointed.

The manageress is a lovely lady and was more than happy to resolve our issue. Hotel directly opposite a lovely park which was a great space to walk our dogs. Good selection for breakfast and all was freshly prepared.

There was no one there for check in and the automatic access machine referred to booking a room which we'd already done. Room assigned had not been cleaned and we had to speak to the call centre who contacted the manageress. No facilities in the room to make a drink only vending machines available.

Convenient location, with a supermarket and restaurant across the road.

Charge to park the car in secure underground car park yet the access door was not locked even though there was a code so anyone could have got in. Not good when you’ve been charged for security.

Staff were friendly ,and helpful

Most expensive B and B hotel we stayed in was a small,said check in time from 2pm and after a long drive we arrived at 2.15pm ,self check in outside .On entrance there were bags of linen on staircases wire from hover trailing every where

Cleanliness, location, furnitures

A bit noisy some nights

Very clean, everything we needed was there, room service every day (including weekends), coffee in reception 24hrs, all fittings and fixtures are in good order, some things that we are use to in British b&b and hotels were simply not available, but I have stayed in France in different places before, towel rail, iron and hair dryer just simply do not come as standard, for us location was very important. We did not need shops, restaurants, parks nor petrol station, but all three are literally next door to the hotel. Receptionist is very helpful, knowledgeable and tries to assist with any query.

It’s very basic room with shower. Would not stay here for a real holiday, where I would need to spent a little more time indoors, this is a short break or business trip hotel, similar to our travelodge. There is nothing negative I could say about the hotel, but I stayed only for three nights and was in the room only at night.

Very pleasant and very professional staff, attentive and trustworthy.I had forgotten a valuable necklace in the room but I noticed it 12 hours after leaving the room. It was collected and put aside by the staff then it was returned to me (I came back to pick it up the next day). Thanks for the honesty!

Great location, close to city, magnificent market halls and opposite a lovely public park. Nice size, airy rooms, the mattress was fabulous, really comfortable. Very accomodating of our dog, good value for a "budget" hotel. Cheerful helpful staff.

Charging for parking when there are a load of free options close buy (dont pay to park there). The towels were disappointing when compared to the bedding.

The man on reception 27th April evening was friendly and helpful.

No response to a query sent when I booked the accommodation. Nasty, depressing room, with the ambiance of a prison cell. Very ugly. Lack of natural light. Pillows inadequate. Extremely cramped for two people. Barely enough space for our luggage, not enough space to unpack. All shelves tiny. No towel rails, as shower room so small. No hairdryer - I discovered at check-outthat a hairdryer is available at reception, but I had used automated check-in so did not know.

I don’t like my stay in this hotel it’s a totally different kind of hospitality- different building from the picture in app . Unclean room and too small . Not thinking of coming back anytime soon

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and easy to access.

The electronic check in service was not functioning, however the building attendant was very quick to come to the door and check us in.

The lovely lady at reception was outstanding and extremely helpful.
