The staff were friendly and very helpful. Internet and parking were free. There was no noise disturbance from other guests.

It was not possible to regulate the heating in the bedroom and the mattress on the bed was uncomfortably hard.

the Breakfast was lovely, well presented, and plenty to choose from, everything was fresh, i worked in catering for 30 years, i was a kitchen manager for 20, so i understand what is takes to work in hotels.

the bed was fine, but was hard, could possibly look changing, i was in room 108.

Ideal location for Puy du Fou visits (with 24h friendly reception!). As expected from Ibis: clean, functional and a guaranteed good night sleep (good mattresses, quiet). The rooms are actually very spacious and the breakfast was fantastic.

Wanted to stay 2 nights for Puy the Fou, stayed 1 night, Around 15:00, 2 hours before we arrived, we got a phone call informing us that the airco was broken and they were unsure how many days it would take to be fixed. Afterwards we learned that it had been broken for a day or more. Why inform us so late? We could not find any other hotel in the same area with available rooms on such short notice. We had pre-paid for 2 nights. It was 27 degrees in the room even with windows open, The room stayed just too hot for a room booked with airconditioning, even with windows open. After one (bad) night we wanted to cancel the second night. That was allowed and they would refund the second night if we would only stay 1 night, they already told us directly after check-in. Also they would give a discount for the used first night, given the failing airconditioning. We are now 4 days later and they are not responding to emails and have not refunded anything. About the room itself: dated, but cheap so that was to be expected. However with the open window, it was very noisy due to the highway/hospital traffic nearby.

Excellent stopover, a short distance from the motorway. The restaurant was shut but we ate at a nearby Macdonalds. Excellent self service breakfast.

Excellent locaction for an overnight stop en route. Very good steakhouse next door. Short walk to supermarket shopping centre. Good buffet breakfast.

Our first 3 nights were fine. On the last night a coach loads of youngsters arrived and were very noisy until late. Probably not much you could have done apart from making the doors soft closing.

Clean, modern, straightforward. Excellent breakfast buffet.

everything was clean, suite was fine and the toilet facilities were really good.

The shower adjustments and lavers did not work as they might. A little service would sort out the difficulty .

It was easy to find and park. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent.

air con was broken and they knew it. did provide a partial refund but made stay very uncomfortable. Carpets need to be removed, Suspetc crpets and air ducts need to be cleaned.
