Best Western Hotel San Benedetto

Central.location, comfortable, quiet, clean and good-sized room.

Staff was friendly and helpful recommended restaurants nearby for dinner. Breakfast was good.

The room was small with very hard bed. The slight step up from bedroom into the bathroom was not plainly visible and a major trip hazard. Many items at breakfast were empty and not replenished on a regular basis.

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! It's incredibly clean, stylish, and modern. There’s even an elevator, which was a nice touch. To our delight, our room had air conditioning! And thank goodness, because it was over 30°C the day we arrived. Thanks to the cool air and the huge, comfortable bed, we slept so well! The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, and the bathroom was also large and spotless.Near the reception there was a water cooler, and the staff kindly offered us glass carafes to fill and take to our room. The hotel has its own private, covered parking (around €10), and also offers EV charging for €5 per night, which is great.The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. We had dinner at a lovely restaurant just around the corner, and in the morning we had time to visit the cathedral and grab breakfast at a nearby bakery. Although we checked out on time, the staff let us leave our car in the garage a bit longer while we explored the city, which we really appreciated. It was an amazing experience!

the room didn’t have a fridge

Great location. Clean. Comfy beds. Great parking. Adequate breakfast. Price.

The large glass wall and sheer curtain between the beds and bathroom offered little privacy.The kettle lead that didn’t reach the socket so had to boil it on the floor. The fridge dangerously perched on a block of wood with another loose piece above acting as worktop.

Room was a bit small compared to USA Best Westerns

A definite disappointment, the paltry , expensive breakfast spoilt everything

Breakfast at 09:00am was missing fresh eggs & the only solitary rasher of bacon was very overcooked & hard as shoe leather. The staff were never any where to be seen but could be heard laughing while talking continuously on phone to friends. When a complaint was made at reception the staff were disinterested and made NO ATTEMPT to apologise. An extreme disappointment for the price. Attention needed in this aspect.It spoilt the overall impression

Parking exceptionally safe, staff friendly, receptionist able to speak English and allowed us in early. Location for town centre restaurants bars and shops excellent

The bathroom clear glass door and ridiculous polyester curtain system covering the door. Lighting was poor and switches didn't work

room, service, parking, Lea in reception was GREAT, friendly and helpfull.

Really nice lady at reception, giving us all the info we needed. Even informed us about a large group for breakfast next day and told us to come a bit earlier or later to avoid this. Really appreciated.

Shower of our room was broken but we got an upgraded room the next day. This shows that they care and they do their best to help you.

Friendly receptionist and helpful. Close to centre and restaurants. Easy parking outside hotel. I didn't use hotel's parking. Very quiet and ideal for a good night's sleep.

The reception services were outstanding.

Arrived at destination at 1.00am.SAT NAV said : you have arrived --> couldn't see the hotel --> not even a small lighted sign.I phoned to reception who was very helpful and patient.Again not a single lighted sign for the car park.As the town center is a kind of one way system, I missed the entrance of the car park --> Had to make an additional round.Again I couldn't find --> The receptionnist came in the street to show me the way : I confirm it was not possible to "guess" where the entrance was.In a nut shell : arrived at 1.00am was in my bed at 1.45am

We enjoyed our stay at the San Benedetto. The room was nice and clean.

The fact that you can not book the carpark in advance, even though you have to pay for it.

Nothing special.. and pretty cold!

No heating, so the room was pretty cold.beside that, the price was a little bit overpriced for a small town like this..

the room was cold, very badly light. not particularly functional. tiny waterbottle just on a 1st day. felt dated

Shame that they didn’t include thermostatically controlled valves on the showers - the constant fluctuations in temperature from scalding hot to icy cold was a surprise

Hotel garage parking for a fee.5 minute walk to centre of town with shops, bars and restaurants.Comfortable rooms.Bar in hotel.Friendly staff.

My window overlooked a wall which is a bit unpleasant. I could expect a better service given the price of the room!

Perfect hotel location. Room very modern, kettle etc provided and bed very comfortable. Hot and cold breakfast with staff being attentive. Bonus having a small bar to buy drinks in the evening. Staff very happy to store my medication travel case in hotel fridge/freezer. Unfortunately, on check out, I forgot my medication. So on arrival at our next destination (also a ‘Best Western Hotel’) staff contacted the San Benedetto who arranged to post everything back to me in the UK, which arrived safely.

it was clean and the hotel looks good and lovely.we appreciated the parking which was secure.the staff is great and welcoming. a special thank to Cyril who was very nice and helpful.we highly recommend this hotel.

all was good. we just need to let the staff know about the TV in our room, the sound didn’t work well. we should have told the staff while the check out but we totally forgot about it.for the rest all is great.
