Pros +

The property is very neat and clean. The decorations are luxurious. It is located in the middle of the walkway of Shkoder, so you dont have to walk to the center because youre already in it. The staff is too helpful and friendly.
location was good. price was fair.

Cons -

Not something in particular, but the sound of the DJ of the clubs near the hotel is loud so it is a bit hard to sleep but not impossible.
couldnt sleep due to very loud music just outside the property. the balcony door was single glazing glass and all the noise was coming in. music kept playing until 3am and the management didnt do anything about it. Even though we complained multiple times. we had a tour booked in early and needed to be up by 5am. terrible experience.
