Mercure Lorient Centre

bed comfort

inside/outside noise day and night, very poor choice of tv channels, very bad bath room with poor system of water evacuation, not the kind of shower expected for such a hotel, very big difficilties for parking even on hotel places, carton glasses for coffee ! bad quality of toilet paper, not normal wardrobe place (not space enough), old shabby hotel that needs urgent complete renovation

Very clean fab breakfast and such lovely staff on reception

Nothing really

Clean friendly location

I really liked the nice ladies at the reception and at the breakfast service. The central location with easy parking facility is a great plus.

Nice room, good breakfast and a very nice city with a lot of shops and restaurants

Staff very helpful and pleasant.

No bath, no smart TV options. A bit of noise at night from people in pub next to hotel.

Location and room were very good. We were there for the Olympic Torch arriving, so had a great view.

Breakfast was a bit basic. Would have liked more variety for the price we paid.Air-con wasn't on due to the fact it doesn't come on until June (seasonal), even though it was warm weather, so the bedrooms were very warm.

Breakfast was exemplary, Staff was very helpful and spoke English well

The location is very central, we found free parking just in front. The room was ok.

The property looks a bit dated, I expected a bit more considering other Mercure hotels I visited.

The staff and breakfast

The hotel is located right above an Irish Pub, which makes evenings very noisy until 1:00 am.It is surprising that the parking lot is not closed, drug dealers are staying there at night.

Room's sizes are good, staff are nice and helpful, in general it is a good hotel to stay in for a day or two.

Toilet is located in a tiny squared space.

Convenient in centre. Always impeccable Super friendly staff. Breakfast very good choice and well stocked.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is convenient: close to the town centre and the central marina.

Room was spacious and clean, but too hot. Air conditioner didn't work: it could only supply hot air or no heating at all.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Pillows not comfortable at all. No milk provided for the tea. No iron.

Clean and comfortable.Pleasant staff, good parking outside and restaurants nearby if needed.

Not sure why we had a disabled room? - but ok anyway.

The location, the facilities in the room and the overall condition of the room and the hotel. It also had free parking just opposite the hotel.

We did have difficulty getting the room temperature right which was uncomfortable during the night.

comfortable very welcoming and ideal location. i love the breakfast. ergonomically very pleasing

just miss a secure car parking

Good location in middle of town, helpful staff, nice comfortable room and bed.

No fridge.

Nice decor and good location

Flies found within the room

Staff were very kind and helpful. The ladies at the desk helped me store luggage on my early arrivals. They immediately rang me when I left an item of clothing behind. All with a smile.
