Hôtel et Apparts Marin

Lovely staff, good facilities and great bistro next door. Very clean and very welcoming. Cheap safe underground parking nearby

Train station opposite so a bit noisy, also a bit of a rough area nearby. Wouldn't stop me staying again though.

Clean, comfortable beds, decent price, helpful staff

Parking was difficult , street was a bit rundown

Clean, charming, great value for money, safe for a solo female traveler and a great convenient location

Tidy and cozy. The rooms are small and it’s a bit weird to have the glass shower into the room, close to the bed. But was clean and the breakfast was delicous

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Hotel Location was ideal. As it was a Sunday, parking was free and the parking meters can be topped up to include Monday morning's fee, in advance. The auto entry and key collection worked fine, but there was also a receptionist present in afternoons and evening and again at breakfast There's a hidden garden space to the rear, which might be nice in the summer months. It was convenient that we could bring our little dog to stay for a reasonable €5 charge

No actual hotel carpark or obvious parking agreement . Breakfast was either included or supplementary (@€11pp) but it was not made obvious on our booking.

Ok for one or two nights not more. Sound isolation is awful. Breakfast is good. Hotel is nearby to railway station and I selected it as I had early morning train to Paris.

Comfortable, clean room. Very nice and copious breakfast.

Tiny & Narrow room & bathroom. Not a hotel but bed & breakfast.Breakfast is good, location is the biggest advantage

Tiny & narrow room

Room was superb, spotlessly clean and tasteful

Parking was difficult

The location was fine, the room was spacious, clean and functional. Well equipped and modern. Shower was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The information about parking arrived after we left and would have been very useful well in advance.

directly by the train stationnice breakfast options (bread / eggs / nuts / dairy / sweets)

tiny room towel not changed only roof window

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The room felt a little cramped.

Large room and bathroom! Many sockets!

Limited breakfast. Staff doesn’t like togreet you and is not around all the time. Basic breakfast.

It suited my needs for the 2 days I stayed there. Near to the Laval station.

Heater didnt work. I could have done with some heating. It was cold in the room.

Clean, good shower, nicely decorated, friendly staff

No kettle

Good location. Very clean and modern. Very good breakfast - plenty of choice. Somewhere secure to store my bicycle overnight. Very helpful receptionist. Comfortable room. Good communication before arrival notifying me of the means of entry.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Tiny washbasin that was impossible to use without splashing the floor or banging your head on the shelf!!Misleading information about using underground car park opposite hotel and ended up paying full rate instead of concessional offered rate.

-great location with train station across the street-helpful staff-amazing price-cute courtyard-food nearby-clean- comfy bed -super breakfast

-a bit warm and couldn’t access AC (no fan)-not staffed at certain hours (although directions are given to access key and room)-shower open and exposed in room (ok if alone, but weird if not)-tight, small room if for more than one person

Great location for the train station and 10 minute walk into town

Basic room but perfect for a stop over and if you have an early train to catch.

Good location. Friendly staff and great rooms.

Small bathroom
