Room- staff- breaky.

Soap gel not filled up in both shower and hand basin

Clean and comfortable beds. Very nice reception at check in and check out. Nothing fancy but for a night or two an ideal stop. Small rooms and a little dated, but didn’t bother us. Would book again.

A little noise from other tenants, but eventually went quiet.

The friendliness of the staff. Comfort of the bed. Cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was very plentiful and good.

The door entryway into the room, (which ours was on the ground floor outside the building, away from the main reception building) looked quite shabby and I was a bit apprenhensive before entering the motel room. Once inside, I noticed how small the room seemed to me. However, having settled in and unpacked, and had a shower, we found the room to be perfectly adequate for our one night stay and were very happy with it. We plan to go back again on our journey through France in 2026.

Room was very clean and warm if a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful although breakfast was limited and a little expensive for the choice offered.

Was very annoyed to find that the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. There was no mention of this and I had specifically chosen this hotel as it had an on site restaurant and I had planned on eating there. As a lone female over 70 was not impressed at having to go out in the dark in an unfamiliar place to find somewhere to eat. Had I known that it was not open I would have eaten earlier in the day before I arrived. The bathroom was just about adequate the shower being over the bath was poor, the plugs in the sink and bath did not stop water running away. Some improvements have obviously been made to the rooms but only cosmetic, still much to do.

Easy access from main routes though care needed to find actual entrance!! Clean bedroom. Breakfast good

Bathroom lights slow to work, shower stopped working; bath needs cleaning with new grout etc too.

Quiet hotel, spacious room , good parking and lovely , helpful staff.

Difficult key fob , temperamental opening of door . Bit tired , old fashioned heater in bathroom and manual shutters

Located on the outskirts, really close to major shopping areas which was convenient for me. staff member working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

very large room, freindly staff. places to eat and shop only 5 min walk away.

tried to use automated checkin , i had already prepaid through booking.com , it had all my details but kept saying payment error. i had to wait till 5pm untill staff come to open reception.

Receptionist left the key in a safe place since we was running very late and passed the check in time.

Limited breakfast option

A basic sort of place but convenient for one night. I liked the balcony and the outside feel. Two beautiful trees outside our door.Convenient for eateries and supermarket.Comfortable bed.Good shower. Very powerful!Good breakfast.Bicycles accommodated nice and safely.

A bit run down. Could do with a polish.

Clean room, comfortable bed, basic but fine for an overnight stop.

Restaurant not open at the weekends, but there was a buffalo grill in walking distance.

Staff on reception were very helpful as we arrived earlier than planned. The hotel is a short distance from the motorway and close to a big supermarket. The hotel has not got a restaurant but there is a Buffalo Grill across the road which we find good value. A good buffet breakfast.

Perhaps a clearer sign to the hotel off the roundabout would be useful as we stumbled upon, rather than found it!

Ok cheap and cheerful

Given wrong address so frustrated had to make calls to find out the location. We didn’t make any requests so where did that come from. Our allocated room (the only one offered on booking.com) was dirty when we arrived at 1700! So we’re relocated to an adjacent room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location ideal for our needs.

Unfortunately, several of the six rooms booked had not been made ready for new guests. However, once staff had been informed, we were immediately moved to rooms that had already been made ready, so, I daresay it was just an oversight and no real harm done.

I am only able to speak English the lady on reception was amazing in helping me understand everything and also helping me to visit all the places I had gone their for. I had a beautiful time in France . Thankyou.

The room maybe needs a fresh coat of paint.

I cannot say if there was anything to like because I could not get access to the hotel.Because of a cancelled flight at Heathrow I was forced to drive from the London area and despite emailing to forewarn the hotel I would be arriving late, and receiving no reply, the hotel was in darkness when I arrived and there was no access to the building.

When trying to gain access late at night I was confronted by the Laval Police. As it was the 24hr La Mons race so all hotels in the general area were fully booked I feared we would be arrested.

TV did not work, 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 teabag etc when 2 people in the room

Water in the room to drink & little cakes.

Difficult to get to despite being able to see it. The restaurant wasn't operating so going elsewhere to eat was a necessity.
