Best Western Hotel De Paris

The hotel was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast so I cannot comment on the selection. Excellent location and very quiet.

Excellent welcome and great staff. Very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Very good and fresh breakfast including fresh scrambled eggs made to order.

Not easy to park just outside to drop off luggages but plenty of parking spaces in surrounding area.

Staff helpful. Restaurant on site very good value. Good choice for breakfast. Room clean and tidy. Perfect for short stay

A very comfortable room, nice staff, hotel located both near the city centre and not too far from the train station. The city of Laval was a pleasant surprise (castle, park, museum, among other things).

We were warmly welcomed and staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotless and quiet. The breakfast very fresh and varied.

The only small criticism is that the towels could have been bigger

Good

The breakfast… the standard didn’t meet the price paid and the breakfast room is just a small space off the reception area. I would prefer to go to a cafe next time.

Location, size of room, style, breakfast.

Great staff, really friendly & helpful. Good-sized room and very good breakfast.

nice room poor lighting

bath towels were presumably for children? Disappointing shower. Very poor breakfast.

It was very comfortable and very cute and had a great location. The restaurant below was amazing.

The elevator is so small and it was very hard to communicate with the staff, as we did not know any French and they didn’t know any English. But we did manage to communicate via a translator app.

Great central location in Laval.. ideal for spending a few days car free.Room was large and bed was comfortable..Would definitely stay here again ?

Would of preferred a smart TV in the room.. don't really watch a lot of terrestrial TV anymore!

Very good clean modern hotel, room was great, central location can't really think of any negatives.

We couldn't manage the temperature control in the room - too warm

The hotel is well located, with a very good restaurant next door and the train station is just ten minutes walk away. The staff were all friendly and attentive. It was good that the hotel has its own parking area.

The breakfast was a satisfactory, but there was no cooked breakfast option.

Good location, good secure parking, good shower

Everything else - room was too small, overpriced and very uncomfortable - fan from kebab shop blowing for hours outside, room very hot, air con not allowed even though 29 degrees, bed far too small, very old mattress, very uncomfortable in fact we got very little sleep and had to get up early for a long journey to the ferry. Very disappointed,

Great city centre location and underground parking (must advance book).

Hotel is currently undergoing external facade upgrade.

Clean rooms, very quiet.

Handshower.

It is very peaceful and clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. Excellent stay!

I don't remember I did't like something.

Great location, felt very safe. Room was quite small but adequate.

We enjoyed the warm welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, the room was very spacious and well equipped and with very comfortable beds. The hotel is very close to shops, and there is an excellent restaurant next door.
