Good shower pressure and nice shower fixtures. Bed was comfortable.

TINY room, not very clean. Cheapest, thinnest towels I've ever seen. Throw pillows on bed smelled bad. No daily cleaning - just new towels. Dirty carpet. The awful lobby bathroom smell, and noise from lobby bar, carried down the halls. Wifi didn't work.

Good stay overall with family

Breakfast had cold Crossiants and Magdalenas and no option to warm up

Nice clean hotel situated in a good location for visiting the town and travelling through.

The room could have been a bit bigger.

Parking was free & the property was convenient for walking into Laval, which is a vibrant city with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style & there was a good selection of food on offer.

We likened the hotel to budget hotel chains in the UK. Although the room was adequate it was smaller than you'd get in a Premier Inn. We asked for a dinner menu so we could decide if we wanted to eat there but they couldn't provide us with one, and we weren't able to understand why due to the language barrier. The local booking tax here is 10%, which is on top of the advertised price.

Extra large super comfy bed, everything very clean - staff were wonderful.

Tv in French only and couldn’t be changed. No milk on tea tray, but provided when asked, towels a little small!

The room’s description mentioned AC but there was no AC in the room. Plus the shower was moldy !!!

A big party of older people there the same night...took over the lounge area and quite noisy so no quiet area other that own room..Just unlucky I suppose...

Wonderful welcome from the friendly reception staff and a lovely clean room with a door leading onto the gardens, which was super useful when travelling with my dog. The wifi worked really well and there was a useful desk area, which came in handy for me to attend an evening class online. Everything was spotless and the bed and pillows super comfy. A lovely place - I recommend it.

I have no complaints at all. Everything was so easy and the room just right for my needs.
