ibis Styles Laval Centre Gare

Everyone was very kind and friendly.

nope!

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The breakfasts were a real feast and set one up for the day! The location was spot on for sightseeing and shopping. Highly recommend you stay here!

Nothing!

Its location, staff were great and the hotel was very clean.

All good

Perfect location with good size room (we upgraded) Great breakfast with a wide variety catering for both French tastes and others. Extremely helpful and friendly staff

Not a thing

Excellent welcome from receptionist and useful information provided. Friendly staff. Very good choices for breakfast.

Great location and friendly staff

Small bathroom but clean and did the job for a 1 night stay

Lovely, clean & modern with very friendly and helpful staff

Excellent location. Between train and historic area. Easy 5 to 10 min walks. Supermarket a few minutes walk Warm welcoming staff. The usual ibis styles brand. Rooms small but well designed. And always the super comfy bed and pillows. Window able to open for good ventilation. Seemed very quiet. Good nights sleep. Recommend but the price for me was not wonderful value for money.

Ibis styles breakfast always included in price. Not ideal if the breakfast does not have anything for folk trying to move away from processed food onto a largely plant based diet. One bowl of apples insufficient. No fresh vegetables. Nuts. Seeds. Etc. Should be able to opt out if not able to provide a healthier breakfast.

Modern well appointed hotel, clean well maintained, great room, fantastic staff. No decision just stay there.

Having to leave the fantastic breakfast

I stayed one night in the IBIS in Laval on a cycle trip down the vélo Francette. Everything was very good and it was quiet

Typical Ibis Styles Hotel with the usual comfort.

Room wasn't clean enough, Hairs from the last guests where on the Bed and in the shower.

The location, the compact size of the hotel but most of all the friendly and helpful staff.

The staff made us very welcome and answered all our questions fully. The room was comfy and clean the breakfast was varied with lovely fresh food.

Only one chair in the room and having to park so far away.

Location is good within walking distance of hte old town, shops and restaurants. Bedroom is adequate but the bathroom is cramped.

Choices at breakfast somewhat limited and the china is not clean - washed by hand by the staff. Not hygienic. There are only 4 parking places available for over 50 rooms - I chose this hotel as parking was available but there were no spaces when we arrived. Staff very average - don't smile, no uniforms and no name badges. Staff stand outside the main door smoking! Cleanliness very average.

Very nice place, very easy to find,in the Town centre, and two minutes off the Velo Francette cycle route.Room was excellent,as was the shower, and I could secure my bike in the room, good choice at breakfast.

Nothing, just a decent place to stay.

I had accidentally booked two rooms and there was no problem in cancelling one as a phone call to yourselves and a lot of help from Raphael i got it sorted

Not much

Clean, comfy. continental breakfast, fresh and tasty. Fantastic location. Parking is available on the road outside. Free from 6 pm until 9 am, otherwise reasonable fee. Drinks available from the restaurant area anytime. Slept very well

Comfort of the room, location and really nice reception staff

Great location. Friendly staff. Really good breakfast. They provided gluten-free bread. The tea was full leaf.We were traveling by bicycle and were able to park our bikes in the garage overnight
