ibis Laval Le Relais D'Armor

Our room was very clean, great shower and a comfortable bed. Nice breakfast and good staff on day and night.

Shame restaurant closed for evening dinner.

The room was newly decorated. Basic but perfect for an overnight stay. Our dog was allowed into the restaurant. The evening buffet could have been better but the breakfast buffet had everything.

We never take breakfast , but we always enjoy your buffet supper , it’s always of a good standard and the Chef was very attentive making sure he replaced dishes that had been eaten.Very good.

We are amazed that you do not supply hand towels? The bath towel is a good size but hand washing is important and also good when I’ve washed my hair to aid drying I usually wrap a hand towel around my head!!It’s impossible to do this with the large bath towel…Please take note !!!

Thought the breakfast was excellent. Good fresh tasty food. This was good value for money

Attitude of some staff. Some were helpful and friendly. One person not so much.

Modern and clean

Flies were constantly hovering around the evening meal buffet.

easy to get to, clean

limited parking , no elevator , no extra pillows

adequate.

No milk, no tea spoons and NO AIR CONDITIONING.!!!!

Breakfast was good value, with good choice of breads and pastries. Excellent supply of tea .

Staff were attentive. Food was fabulous. Room was just right

There were dirty marks on the bathroom floor as if a drink had been spilt

Good location for overnight stay when travelling Friendly staffGood bistro within a few minutes walk

Very quiet in bar and restaurant closed although we were there on a SundayRoom is fine but very basic

Easy to find. Looked a littled tired outside but refurbished & lovely inside. Helpful staff & pet friendly. Boulangerie & restaurant 150m away.

Unsecured wifi but otherwise excellent.

A nice experience, friendly staff, great location.

Needed more charging points for devices.

comfortable bed, extensive breakfast option

shower tray looked alarmingly close to flooding

ideal location, matched our requirements - great evening buffet and breakfast, free parking, ideal location.

na

The breakfast was good

The desk staff were very young not very helpful. The checkout lady not at all happy towards us . Maybe a bad day

Ok breakfast. Good location on ring road. Has restaurant.

clean, quiet and nice place

I would add some hot dishes to the breakfast

The room was nice it had enough space, the quality of the furniture is up-to-standard.The hotel was relatively easy to find. There was a good amount of parking spaces. The breakfast was relatively plentiful. The staff was friendly, there were some minor communication issues but as I was asking a complicated concept, everything else was straightforward. The staff helped me with a small booking issue.

The late check-out fee was an extra 20 euros in a virtually empty hotel. The breakfast lacked protein, it was full of carbs (though very good tasting and varied), and the egg boiler instructions are not to be believed.

The staff - front desk and both bar tenders made me feel very welcome, they were friendly and attentive in a very genuine manner,
