Very clean

We have only spent 1 night. The receptionist was very nice. They even prepared us a packed breakfast since we had an early morning flight.

The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious. The breakfast was fine and reasonably varied, provided the size of the hotel. I really appreciated the offer of the hotel to call a taxi and send us for dinner to a different place since the kitchen closed early.

Less easy to carry suitcases all the way up without a lift.

Not far away the city. Location is good. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Terrace is very nice. Rooms are clean.

Always good. But stairs are difficult. Lifts are nothing. however, it may still be preferred.

Nice place to stay for a couple of days. I bit distant from the city centre but it’s only a 20 min walk. There’s a good restaurant at the hotel too

Food was really nice. The guy at the reception was very helpful and the rooms were spacious enough.

The room that we booked on booking.com it had a balcony too but the room that we were given didn't have one. Since the hotel is right next to the highway it gets really noisy at night even if all the windows are closed. Another bad thing was that the lock in the toilet was completely broken even if u lock it, it can be opened with a small push that was the down side. We were only there for 3 nights so had no point of changing the room.

Breakfast is good. Location is a little far away from the city centre, you still need to use the public transport or the taxi.

Lovely friendly staff. Great location, feel safe. Spacious clean comfortable room.

Easy to get to from the airport, smooth check in, robust included breakfast, convenient restaurant and bar on site, on site parking.

Room 16 opens onto the patio and smells of stale smoke. Opening the window didn’t help as there were people smoking outside until 2am. Music from the bar and restaurant is audible in the room, in addition to street noise and customers at the bar being loud until late. If you must stay here, avoid room 16 if you don’t like stale cigarette smoke.

All the people we engaged with on reception, cleaning and at breakfast were very friendly. We used the hotel cafe and restaurant a couple of times during our stay and the food was good, the desserts in particular were excellent.

The hotel is reasonably located for a shortish walk into Podgorica centre but if you approach by car you have to drive past the hotel and route back around each time. The decor of the room was a little dated, curtains not fully hung and the blinds broken in places. The breakfast was average.

Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. Great sized comfy room. Good spacious shower and wardrobe. Easy to get into town from. Breakfast is simple but plentiful.

All the staff (our lovely host on reception - and our lovely bartender) were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was basic but spotlessly clean.

No downside except possibly tea/ coffee in the room. There was a mini bar but we didn't use it.

The breakfast was pretty good, some products were in buffet, some prepared for us. The room was basic, but comfy for one night stay.

It may be confusing to order a breakfast - when we arrived in the restaurant the waiter asked us what we want for breakfast, but there was no menu, so you do not really know what you can ask for.
