The hotel has everything a family needs for a relaxing vacation. The food was delicious, the staff so friendly and always ready to meet all our needs. And, what mattered to me the most is that all areas were kept immaculately clean at all times.

The hotel offers a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. The location is convenient and suitable for both leisure and short stays. Overall, the hotel provides good value for the price.

There were cats around the hotel area, which was uncomfortable for me and affected my overall experience.

Good location, the resort has a "private" beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas, two pools and a very big yard. The beds in the bungalows were quite comfortable. The food was delicious and quite diverse. The personnel was generally good and professional, with very few exceptions. They had Magnus draft beer and I liked it, but no other choice. Good value for money.

The bungalows are, well, old, to say the least, they really need some renovation, they had that moist/old smell to it. When asked for a crib for our child, the crib was old and its side-door was missing, so not ideal. The drinks they are offering, especially the cocktails are both low-budget and not following the exact recipe. We ordered a mojito and got some lime/green/yellow drink that in theory I can understand why might be reminiscent of mint.

The location is good, there is a beach next to the hotel and swimming pools are nice. If you are planning a vacation with your family, I would recommend this hotel. There are enough facilities for the children.

We liked our stay at this property. There is a room for improvement though. However, the food was good and the room was clean, the staff was helpful with any question or concern we had. I can definitely recommend this property for families.

In general the location was good and it is a nice property to stay in with the children. The food was nice (like everywhere in Greece) and the staff was pleasant. Special shoutout to the Kids Club. My children loved to spend the time there when they were tired of beach and swimming pool.

There all inclusive was awful there breakfast was terrible and lunch and dinner were awful had to eat out everyday also nothing to do at night one night they had Greek music on thursday also pool closes at six promptly also opened at 10am a little later on a couple of days at breakfast lunch dinner same stuff and same desserts coffee line was always long liquor was awful also soft drinks

there were numerous mosquitos in the area.music was only 15-20 minutes per day on the pool. we were waiting fot our room by 3 pm but when we asked for late checkout (we were with 2y.o. child) they refused. on our first day and night A/C was not working, we couldnt open windows cause mosquitoes were incoming and had terrible night.Aslo there is bad isolation and music was coming in the room at 10-11pm and made it hard to sleep.

The staff, the food and the sea water were exceptional! Even when experimenting with different food every day, the quality was great. The all inclusive package was covered fully by a beach, pool and hotel bars and a restaurant. There is quite a lot of space to stroll and walk around.

The room was old and although the staff managed to clean it every day, it still felt crampy and dirty. Nobody sprayed against mosquitos and the room was full of them. The beach was filled with cigarette ends and other trash, making it difficult for children to play in the sand.

Good value for money, has everything you need for a vacation. Even a pleasentry bottle of wine in the bungalow - that's very nice.

So many guests from N. Macedonia, but no Macedonian flag, even though it had all the flags of all the countries of the visitors: Serbian, Bulgarian, Polish, Slovakian, Romanian...That's a general disrespect, even though the personal was very polite.

The staff was nice, but tbh were are they not. I haven't been to a place with rude staff.. I really loved the garden, but it has a minus as well which I will mention below. The food was good as well but some meals were too salty and it was the same menu almost every day.

Where do I start from..?The room:1. I booked a standard bungalow with extra crib for a baby. Instead I got a small room with 5 beds in total with the crib where the only place the walk was a tiny corridor not more that 60cm..2. From 4 single beds only one was actually comfortable, the rest you could cause you a lower back pain3. THE BIGGEST ISSUE - the AC was stopping all the time and during the nights we had to get up at least 3-4 times to turn it on. Our baby cannot stand heats and was crying every time the room got warmer. There was one evening when the AC did not work at all till 10pm, and our baby is going to sleep at 9pm. So this ruined her night sleep.. The last night from our stay the AC stopped working again (around 9pm) and we could not turn it on, so we just decided to leave check out in the evening instead of having another terrible hot night..4. In the bathroom there was a broken glass on the bathtub which was very dangerous for our 1.5yo baby5. There was constantly leaking water from the toilet, making the noise of running waterI asked a couple of times for a different room, but every time I was advised the hotel is fully booked. Which is not even an excuse because every day people check out and then others check-in. So if they wanted they could give us another bungalow with 2/3 beds that we actually paid for..The hotel:1. The toilets next to the restaurant were smelling awful even before entering the common area. They were broken and from the two times I used it in the second there was no toilet paper... In the rest of the cases I was going to the bungalow.I will not comment the toilets on the beach as they were smelling even worse and I never entered there.2. The garden was pretty nice, BUT there were some broken facilities like the sun shades of the beds.3. The sunbeds on the beach are too close to each other. For us it was not an issue as we always managed to be on the first row, but I heard people complain about it.4.

The resort has good food, beautiful gardens, and a pleasant staff. The pool and beach areas offer plenty of space, with an abundance of sunbeds and umbrellas, making it a very nice place to relax outside the hotel.

This resort has huge potential, but it's been completely neglected. The AC units are disgusting and full of mold, and the jacuzzis are abandoned, even though the garden looks fine. It feels like they just stopped caring.The rooms are so outdated. The TVs are from 2004—you can get a brand-new smart TV for around 100 euros! This is not what you expect from a supposed 4-star resort. Honestly, in this condition, it's more like a 3-star at best.The problems don't stop there. The bathroom fixtures are cracked and old, there's a mosquito infestation, and there are huge spiderwebs on the top floor. The elevators are old and feel unsafe.Getting into the sea is a struggle because the beach is so rocky. It feels like a problem that could be fixed with some care, but it's been neglected.This place needs a complete restoration to live up to its potential.

The location, food and hospitality were great.

It would be great if they install a net against mosquitos and bugs in the main building.

It had safe parking, beach was good, pool was good, the hotel inside and out was good. Family friendly place. Staff was very friendly.

The interner coverage and quality wasnt that good, we always had issues with the wifi. Food wasnt tasting that good and every day same food was served (buffet style). No nightlife or something to do at night. Very little arcade corner (wasnt free).

They had an issue with the AC on whole floor 20-25 rooms and they switched all the peopple to from that floor to the superior bungalows.At first we didnt like it but it was really good menagment of the situation.Everything was perfect, i recomendThank you!
