We really loved the hotel – the service was excellent, everything was clean, well-organized, and smooth.The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the view was simply stunning.Accessibility for a wheelchair was excellent, making our stay easy and comfortable.A very positive experience – everything was just as it should be! ??

The hotel is located in the beach area, but it does not have its own private beach. The nearest beach is Lemon Beach, which is within walking distance. About five minutes away by car is LeMoon Beach (with a similar name), which is well worth a visit. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, open from 11:00 to 18:00, although it could be open a bit longer.The hotel is situated in an isolated location, with no entertainment options nearby. However, if you have a car, you can spend your evenings in nearby places such as Leptokarya, Litochoro, as well as Katerini and Paralia Katerinis. Archeological site of Dion is 10 minute drive away

The hotel is overpriced and overrated. We paid approximately €250 per day for half-board, which does not match the quality of service provided. There is a limited selection of food for both breakfast and dinner, and to our surprise, the food is not kept warm.The cleanliness level is below expectations. The glass doors in the bathroom were visibly unclean, and the towels didn’t seem properly washed — they appeared greyish and worn.On a positive note, the staff were very kind and courteous.

The location was perfect for vacation throughout the year! It is at the waterfront for summer vacation and it's a 5-minute drive from mountain Olympus for winter months. We visited during Christmas and it was excellent. You should add meals to your reservation because the food was exceptional!We used the spa facilities and we were very pleased with the exception of the gym. The parking lot is huge and safe however it is frustrating to call each time you want to get in or get out. The room is very clean and towels are changed daily. Also the staff is very helpful and kind!The view from the room was amazing and the sofa is so comfy that I wish to purchase one for my house!!

The shower in the deluxe room is not very comfortable as it has a very small glass that does not prevent water spoilage. The gym although it's free has a very limited option of instruments and none of the staff is knowledgeable in case someone gets hurt using them. During winter the meal choices for dinner are limited and dinner is served too early.

Location and good breakfast

The Rooms was very dusty so we ask and change room . Stuff as very friendly and helpful .

The ladies at the reception were so helpful and kind. They let me check my mother eralier since she did not speak any English. However, the man working at the restaurant was very negative, no manners at all and quite provocative with his gestures and comments.

My daughter’s gold necklace disappeared after we left the room for cleaning staff to do their job. The reception ladies apparently investigated with no results. We never had any experience like that!Also, the sofa’s mattress was stained all over.We’re thoroughly disappointed, and we would neither come back nor would we recommend.

Breakfast was surprisingly delightful! Staff fantastic!Thrilled with our 3 night stay, and would return.

No suggestions for improvement ?

We got an upgrade to a villa and the private pool was a godsend. Rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is awesome. Also loved the variety at breakfast.

Only thing that could be improved would be to add a topper to the sofa bed mattresses.

Food was fine.

The room was not with a sea view. The mops with which they clean the room were full of dark hair and the floor was always dirty with hair. The hotel does not have a beach. Fridge was not working.

It was almost all inclusive and the food was nice. The outside pool was great for families and singles but it was only open 11-7 which is terrible for families. The location was on the beach but the beach bar that they owned was not attached to the property, it was down the beach and had to drive there. Though that was odd and a tad inconvenient it had amazing food and many daybeds and lounges to rent. The view is incredible, you either see the ocean or the incredible mountains.

Though all inclusive, with kind and helpful staff I was disappointed in the hotel as the website had the wrong pictures for the rooms and so I thought I was getting one thing and got another. Then it advertised for four adults and it was the most uncomfortable pull out couch I’ve ever slept on. Maybe a five year old can sleep on that for a few days but definitely not one-two adults! On top of the terrible pullout the air con never worked in our room and they don’t have any in the lobby. Which to me was interesting since it was in Greece which literally had a heat advisory. We were so uncomfortable and being hot really ruins an experience no matter how great everything else is.I was disappointed and so we actually moved to a different hotel mid stay because we couldn’t take the heat and bad bed and I live in Europe and can typically handle heat…

Airco was not strong enough

The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Despite the lateness of the hour, the staff prepared a dinner for us.

Please note that gratuities are not included in the pre-paid dinner package and must be paid for separately. Furthermore, in countries with high temperatures, it would be reasonable to expect complimentary bottles of water.

Great location, nice facilities, great swimming pool, great staff

Shower was going wide all over the place, and has no door!, safe was problematic, light/ sun curtain dosent prevent enough from morning sunlight.

The place itself was very nice and fancy looking.The staff was nice and the restaurant food was tasty.

With that said. The buffet itself ( I only had breakfast) didn't have a great variety and wasn't so good.They say they have a private beach but it's a ten minute walk away or a car ride, I thought the facility itself had its own private beach but that wasn't the case. In addition they have in the name spa but what they don't tell you is that any use of the spa is an additional charge including sauna, hamam and the indoor pool.The wifi is very weak and can't carry a signal anywhere. There was also a school trip in the hotel with 20 kids that had use of the pool and we're all around, I get the need to have your facilities open to the public but what I thought would be a relaxing stay ended up being extremely noisy and not ideal.All in all the staff we're very accommodating but the stay itself wasn't at all what I expected
