Aliakmon Hotel

This is a nice little hotel in a good location and it served it's purpose for our family of four. having breakfast included was a great bonus!

We only stayed for a few nights and we have no complaints.

Clean, near the city hall.

The fridge was just for design, you couldn't use it for refrigerate. The lamps for beds weren't work. The entrance in the parking of the hotel was very narrow. It was so tricky to manage a long car.

It's comfortable, clean, good breakfast, excellent staff, in the center of the city, and a private underground parking area. Overall a very good experience.

Unfortunately the Wifi doesn't work, it seems Fiber optics are unavailable in Kozani. The fan of my bathroom made an annoying noise that I requested to be addressed and it din’t get fixed.

The breakfast was very good, various delicious meals, good coffee. We really enjoyed it. The rooms are cozy and clean. The stuff is friendly and helpful The location is just meters from the centre of Kozani with a lot of shops and restaurants. This hotel is a very good option to stay overnight on the way to the Ionian islands, it is just few kilometers from the highway.

The parking was pretty small and steep, but the friendly stuff helps with information where to park on the street, if no private places available.

breakfast area was hot - air conditioning needs to be on in the summerair conditioning in the room needs to be left on and not switched off when leaving the room to make it more comfortable

Great location, kind staff and very big room.

The hotel is quite outdated. The room was smelling bad, probably from the drainage, which was making the stay unpleasant. The breakfast was very poor and its quality and variety must definitely be improved. Although it was a plus that the hotel has a parking, the spaces were extremely narrow and difficult to get in and get out.

The hotel was very central and staff were friendly. The hotel also has parking which is a big plus. The bathroom is renovated. I appreciated the good quality hair products and the make up remover tissues.

The internet was far too slow. I asked for a room with two single bed, but the bed were connected and not separated. The breakfast coffee was impossible to drink. Having paid almost 100 EUR for a night mid week, I am not happy for its value for money.

The superior room was big enough and clean. The breakfast was ok. The staff very polite. Near the city centre.

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was overused. The lighting in the room was not convenient.

Underground parking is a nightmare - book the smallest rental car available to get around central Kozani and to fit into the underground parking facility

The breakfast was extensive and varied. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and the air con excellent. The location is perfect for walking into central Kozani.

The car park is small and really difficult to park in (even with a small Citroen). The facilities and rooms were quite dated.

The breakfast was lovely!! Plenty of choice with fresh coffee!! Lovely area to eat plus choosing times to eat was perfect. Between 7 and 10am. My room was in a perfect location with a lovely balcony.

Awful dirty room. We got stained bed linen. When we asked for clean ones, also the new ones were stained. So either they don't wash well or that there is a problem with their laundry. The air condition in the room did not work. The parking was extremely tight and narrow. Can be used only by super mini car. Low value for money.

Knowing how tasty and varied and fresh Greek food is I was sad about the very few options at breakfast regarding fruits, vegetables, and bread. Also, black coffee (and its variations) all came from one selfservice machine and didn't taste nearly as good as freshly made coffee (or coffee with milk).

The staff is welcome, the room is spacious, the facilities are as expected.

No toothpaste and the sink in the bathroom little bit broken.
