The door to my room wouldn't open a couple of times, and had to go down to reception for help.

Hotel location

From the very beginning, the receptionist appeared unprofessional, and there was even a feeling of dishonest behavior. I booked two rooms through Booking, with each room intended for two people. Despite this, she insisted that the reservation was for only two people in total and demanded an additional 40 euros if we wanted accommodation for four people. After I insisted and showed that my reservation was correct, she allowed us to enter the rooms.However, we were given rooms 203 and 303, which have no windows, are very outdated, and have no soundproofing at all. Noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up with back pain. The worst part was that whenever a guest in a nearby room showered, the water system made very loud noises, causing me to wake up in panic in the middle of the night.Overall, our stay was not comfortable at all. If you still decide to book this hotel, I strongly recommend insisting on not being assigned room 203.

Even on the 5th floor you can hear traffic and people talking / shouting on the streets, sometimes until early morning... They need to improve the glazing in order to insulate the rooms. Also, the thermostat was impossible to set and the room was a bit cold at night.

The location was perfect and room was very spacious with 2 double very comfortable beds. We arrived very early at 7am and they offered very gently breakfast on the house. Very generous of them. Thank you

I must say everything was satisfying. However the wifi process was very annoying as username and password is given on a piece of paper when asked only and runs out after 24 hours. This should be given immediately upon checkin and on your consecutive days and not demand for it. Very old fashioned and frustrating. Shower was old and small.

Staff were friendly and professional. They also upgraded me to a better room. Location was ok as well. The bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful hotel to start your stay in Bari... a gateway to the old town , public transport close by. Room and bathroom size was generous enough for two. Breakfast was fair enough to kick start a day of touring! The staff was extremely helpful and gave good advice on the area. We were happy to experience Bari now and easy to get across to the Amalphi coast from here

The location was very good - easy to walk to the Old Town and the Promenade. Check in was fine and staff was pleasant for the most part. Appreciated that breakfast was included. The room had a desk and chair and night table. Adequate sockets for charging phone and power pack.

I absolutely do not understand the name of this hotel. There is nothing Executive Business about it. The WiFi in my room did not work at all and the front desk could not get it working on my laptop either and just shrugged and said I had my phone to use. It seems that the WiFi is not a secure connection. I used my laptop thru my phone WiFi and now I am getting so much junk mail on my email accounts.

Little noisy being on Main Street but not hotels fault.

The location was perfect, halfway between the Old Town & the station. The staff were very pleasant & the room clean and comfortable.

No coffee / tea making facilities in the bedroom. Sound carried from the next room, even though its occupants weren’t being noisy. The hotel asked guests to hand keys in at the desk when going out, which is fine, but the keys were then hung up in full view so that it would be possible for someone to request the key to another guest‘s room. I know this is far fetched but it felt like a concern.

"The hotel was good, just a short walk from the historic center. The room was small but cozy and had a refrigerator. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast was simple but tasty. Definitely recommend
