Central location. Friendly manager who was welcoming and customer-focussed. Comfortable bed. Soundproofing pretty good when I was there. Liked the breakfast flexibility due to daily travel requirements. I would certainly stay here again.

Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Recently renovated.Good location and kind staff. They react very fast to our request for changing the room.

Ants appeared in the room on the second night of our stay. But as I mentioned the staff changed our room.

The location was very good, near from city centre and Bari central.

There was a lot of noise in the mornings caused by staff, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, there was a bad smell coming from the toilets due to the absence of a proper closing door.

The location is ideal for a short stay in Bari. The train station and the old town are just a few minutes away by foot and the hotel is across the street from a university building and park. The personnel were very friendly.

The room had all the basics, but is more expensive than what I would usually pay for the quality - the building and room have seen better days.

The room, towels, and sheets were extremely clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is perfect — close to everything you might need and easy to get around. I also really liked that the bathroom had a regular door instead of a sliding one, which is quite common in many places in Italy — it made the space feel more private and comfortable. Overall, a great experience!

The room itself is a little bit small, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t plan to spend much time inside, it’s perfectly fine. The pillows weren’t the best, and the blankets were not fully inside a duvet cover — instead, they were just placed above a sheet. Personally, I didn’t feel very comfortable with the idea of touching a blanket that might have been used by many other guests before. Overall though, it was a clean and pleasant stay in a great location.

Good basic and functional hotel. Not luxury as I don't need that. 5min walk from train station. Walk to old town of Bari, short walk to pedestrian food and shopping zone. Many choice of food places around. Reception staff are nice and responsive and respectful. Cleaning staff polite. Lift :-)

Cleaning needs to step up a bit, some hair in the bathroom leftover from previous guest. Shower doors can use bleach to rid of mold. Bed mattress too firm for me. A cheap memory foam dropper will do as I got hip issues. Otherwise I'll stay again for a quick stay at Bari.

We booked Hotel Costa because of its proximity to the train station. The room is with three beds and has all the basics. It is newly refurbished and does not feel cramped with 3 adults spending a night resting. The bathroom was clean and the shower booth is of decent size. The 24 hour front desk and luggage storage services worked for us. The lady in charge of housekeeping was very friendly and extremely efficient and helpful.

This property is only two blocks from the train station in Bari. It is on the edge of the park that leads to the Old Town. It is on the third and fourth floors of an antique building and the cage elevator feels like stepping into an Italian opera. The location is perfect, the staff was wonderful, it is convenient to grocery stores restaurants and pharmacies. And the non corporate approach to the rooms is charming.

This location is perfect for the relaxed traveler who prioritizes experience over amenities. If you are looking for a corporate Hotel this is not it. But if you are looking for a unique experience with charm and convenience you will be pleased.

Hotel requires key to be left at desk when departing the building. The room doorknobs are a weird design. Be sure the door is locked before you depart. The accordion fold shower doors must be difficult to clean -- there was a little mold on the interior.

I’d describe the place as clean but basic. But it’s right near the station and was good value. The reception was friendly.

Clean basic hotel room that was a great place to stay for the night. It is close to the train station, which makes it super convenient for a late check-in.

This is a clean, safe hotel that's super convenient to the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The free luggage storage, with easy midday retrieval, is a nice plus not available at many lodgings. Our room also had a very pleasant balcony. It's about 15 minutes' walk on a nice pedestrian street to the centro storico.

Room decor is extremely sparse, and the bed is basic. Our shower drained so poorly you had to turn it off every 30 seconds to avoid an overflow. Public areas are a bit worn in appearance.

3 mins from the main train station, 5 minutes from the pedestrian shopping zone and 15 minutes to the historic center and promenade. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean modern rooms.

Can't really say since it was good value for money - no complaints actually.
