- The only thing we liked was the location as it’s very central and close to everything and also the staff were really nice plus there was someone cleaning our room daily. The hotel facilities are very old, the bathroom had a very bad smell which was insupportable. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and there are no thick quilts to keep you warm. It was very cold in the room. The facilities are very old
Cons -
- The woman in the reception is angry and speak very loud with no respect
- The location.
- Cold noisy room, hot water only sometimes, Tiny tovels, a bit rundown room.

Close to the center and train station. There are a lot of stores nearby.
Proximity to the railway station, 24/7 reception, kind English speaking staff.

Nice, original, retro hotel. I love places like this. Everything is simple and convenient. The location is great. The welcome/reception is polite and professional. TV and Wi-Fi work well. A hotel with history and soul?
Everything was perfect!
The staff were fairly friendly and the location was just a street or two away from the main station.
The beds had springs sticking out, the electrics were completely unsafe - live wires exposed everywhere. The rooms were dirty and dusty, we could hear everything from all of the other rooms. Very expensive for what you get. Looks nothing like the pictures
close to the railway
crummy areawith some dodgy people hanging aroundthe receptionist on arrival in the evening needs to learn how to deal with people terrible attitude .The man in the morning was better
I really wasn't looking forward to my stay after having read some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Bedding and bathroom clean. Fan in the room and we had a balcony. They also let us leave our luggage for the day after we had checked out. The lift was very nostalgic of old movies. Very reasonable for the location.
Very tatty. Broken plastic sliding door for the bathroom. Garden view didn't really exist. Staff not that friendly. No fridge, hair dryer, safe or kettle. You get what you pay for I suppose. Thankfully we didn't have a shared bathroom. The one we saw was disgusting.
The only thing I liked was the balcony.
Everything else. The lady at the front desk was very rude. The room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. When I took a shower the door didn’t close properly so water went everywhere. I didn’t feel safe and had to move the desk in front of the door when I went to sleep.
Didn't like anything except the fact that the city center is very close.
The hotel did not correspond at all to what we see in the photos. Before you reserve it, read all the reviews that are posted online, especially the bad reviews. That's how bad the hotel is. The shower is very small, the water barely runs and the water is almost always cold. The room is not dirty, but very uncomfortable, the furniture is tragically old. You feel like in the cells of a monastery. There is not even a glass from which you can drink water in the room. No fridge. Our room was quite big, but no air conditioning, just one fan. In the summer, when it's so hot, it's just unbearable. Can't be in the room, can't sleep because the sweat is pouring out. Our room faced the street, it's such a terrible noise that it doesn't contribute to the quality of sleep either. I will never recommend this accommodation to anyone. Zero points. I hope that at least we didn't bring fleas into the house.
The staff was accommodating and permitted us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The hotel is conveniently situated near the train and bus station.
The room lacked adequate ventilation and air conditioning, with only two insufficient ventilators. During the summer, the sleeping environment was challenging due to high temperatures. Furthermore, the room was significantly affected by noise pollution throughout the night due to its proximity to the roadway. The restroom had an unpleasant odor.
Good location
Hot, no AC, and unsafe locks
Pretty average, the shower was falling apart.
The state of the accommodation wasn’t that big of a deal but the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. Even came across as rude. And on top of that I forgot my AirPods in the room when I left and I messaged them to ask whether they could post them to Milan or I could come get them myself and they got back to my a day after to say they weren’t in the room.
This hotel is exactly what it claims to be. It was relatively clean, close to the train station, and very affordable. The staff, while not "super friendly", were very competent and helpful. I would stay there again if need be.
The shower could use some repair, but that being said it was functional and the water pressure was adequate. There was no A/C, but there was a large fan in the room that was adequate.
Great location, 3 min away from Bari Centrale
Wifi not good, at our room it didnt work
That it was close to the train station.Reception in the evening had the employee speaking english which was great comparing with the situation on arrival
It was no hot water or heating so it was cold during the night, walls are like from paper you can hear everything completely. Lady in reception was quite rude, not english speaking and does not accept cards- sent us to look for ATM around the block. It should be written while booking that hotel only accepts cash.
Location, close to Bari Stazzione and Airport bus, walking distance to Bari Vecchio with many restaurants and bars nearby.Helpful staff.
It would be better if we had refrigerator in the room,in order to keep cool our drinks and water...
Apart from that it was cetrally located near to the railway station nothing was good.
First of all, it's not only the fault of the hotel, Booking.com is equally responsible for this mess and it has not happened only once with booking.com but a couple of times. We went with a kid of 5 years old and while booking we chose the option of a room with 2 beds and we remember very well that we chose that option and when we arrived at the hotel, there was only 1 bed in the room. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and we paid additional 20€ to get the room with additional bed. We had many better options on booking.com with apartments or hotels with additional 20€ budget but because there was no option to cancel the booking, we had to pay additional 20€.
Cleaning was best.
Noisy room, lot of noice from street. Had to change room from street to backyard after 3 nights.Beds in first room was bad, extremely hard, on next room ok.
