We left the next morning it was so bad

Misleading data about location, beach, etc. Not near to beach, not as large not close. Horrible landscape maintenance.

There was a lot of amenities and activities included in the price we paid.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on with your next door neighbors and our bathroom had a consistent urine smell throughout the day and night that I had to spray perfume just to mask the smell.

Good location! Very cooperative crew! Good pool!

We had some family a Great time and evry thing was what we wanted. Specialy the Staff were very Nice and we thanks them a lot. We recomand very very this place♥️♥️??

There was only two people at the property. I thought it had gone into administration! No breakfast option, pool was dirty and the salad we ordered at the pool cafe looked like last weeks.

Great location near Bari, beautiful beach. Big rooms. The staff is wonderful and super helpful, they were a delight every step of the way. The beach cafe/bar is lovely too and the restaurant is super nice.

1.- I didn't like the fact that they charge for beach beds or towels in the beach club for the guests.The bed in the room has a disaster, we are not complainers and we didn't have a long stay.

The bed sheets could have been changed every 3 day’s! Especially if it’s 120 Fahrenheit! Overpriced for July would’ve thought August would have been more expensive but the room was pretty good. The shower needs a mat very slippery when you shower since we stayed 13 days we decided to go buy shower mats for the shower floor!

Beds were uncomfortable, air-con not working at their best, they charge for the apartment an extra €8 which i consider a robbery if you want to use the kitchen, there is no kettle to make yourself a tea or coffee , the cutlery in the kitchen was dirty in the draws, the pool is filled with sea water which make your eyes itchy, and the biggest joke is the silly swim hats you need to buy at reception for €3 that make you look the kiko from Chavo del 8, only a few hours the pool is open 9 to 1pm and 3 to 6pm the place is visited by locals everyday and noisy kids all over the place so not much space to relax, expect to pay for an umbrella too another £8. The cafetière to make an expresso in our room didn't even had a handle, so not health and safety taken into account when charging 8 euros for using the kitchen. We really regretted to stay here, The only good thing was some of the staff was nice and helpful.

Disappointing

Aircon was not working and depowered regularly by some software control. We contacted the reception several times to get it turned on again. In general the outdoor areas were worn out at in bad conditions.The personnel was however kind and friendly

Pool not open all time.Booking confirmation had not any latestcheck out time and i was charged 60euros for late checkout.Shower clogged. Resturant was a complete joke.

Fantastic location. Staff were bloody fantastic

I was the only person at the time during my stay. Nothing was open to enjoy.

Parking close to room

This hotel has no services until june 12- no bar, no breakfast, nothing at all. It is actually closed but offers rooms at full charge, even more as published in the room and with check out at 10.00 Fully overpriced and when you are not operational, you should more clearly communicate that you are actually fully closed and should not accept reservations. Hotel room was okay, but it is nothing without breakfast or other services / no beach or pool or anything on site.When you have no pool or dinner in restaurant, you could still offer breakfast to your guests.

The rooms were clean.

We were there During the 3rd week of May which is out of season. So, the beach, pool and restaurant were closed. However, in addition to that the reception area was also closed, except for a brief period in the morning when the cleaning staff was in. In short, if you wanted ice, extra water, or had a problem you need resolved, good luck there is no one on site unless a security guard near the entrance. Also the ground were unkept. The grass was uncut and weeds were growing. It looked like a ghost town. Stay away. You will have better amenities are your local roadside motel.

Beach is all rock, with the Adriatic generally rough so it’s a rare event to swim. The on site Bistro was very average ..

The Rooms of the hotel were really good. All the rooms are totally new. Good shower, clean, really comfortable.There are free parking.I did not have experience taking public transport. I am not sure how it is, since the hotel is 9km from the center city. But if you will be with car to explore cities around it is a good spot.Hotel by the sea.

The area around the rooms, in general, is old. Despite the swimming pool is with a Seaview, it open 9 am, and close between 1pm and 3 pm, and after 6 pm, including the summer.The swimming pool is a treated salt water.It is a club, which people that is not in the hotel came to spend the day. To use the swimming pool you need use a cap for the hair, and they did not told anything on the first day. We only knew that, when we decide to use the swimming pool, 30 minutes before close, and saves lives pulled us out of the water. We looked for a cap at reception, where we bought the caps, but in the end, rest only 10 minutes to be in the water, since it close 6pm. If you want a chair to rest in the area, you need rent it. In conclusion, to use the swimming pool area there a lot of extra rules. Definitely, it is not relaxing time. The breakfast, in real, is more a snack time, with toasts, jelly, biscuits in a basket, which not all items were refilled everyday.

Not really a resort with private beaches, the presence of mosquitoes making outdoor stay impossible

The room was clean and comfortable. The internet in the rooms for working purposes was not as good. But the internet in the meeting room was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We paid for the meeting room on 08Jun on my last day 09Jun just before during normal check out completed - around 11:00 (very nice that the staff let me check out a little later than normal check-out times I needed to use the meeting room again 09Jun because I no longer had access to my room (I checked out). But this day had not been paid yet because I had planned to fix the bill later when I had to meet the taxi near reception after my work day at 15:00. We went to lunch at 13:00 but when we returned at 14:00 for my last conference call, my access to the meeting room was no longer available because they closed and locked the doors to the second reception desk (the one next to the meeting room).

The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room at a nice temperature.

I was in #110 and the wifi would only connect if I sat outside on the terrace, in the room, there is no connection. The mini bar is NOT included. There was not a price list to show this. The location is not the best, you must walk 4km to the nearest train station or taxi which is 27€ for one direction. There are only 4 restaurants nearby, including the restaurant on site which is overpriced.
