Excellent location, near the seafront promenade, near the train station, near the old city. Very comfortable bed! We slept very well. The room was very, very clean! And I really liked the opening of the building, apartment and room with a smartphone autonomously with Vikey.

The tv didn't function, but this wasn't a problem. In the kitchen was not a refrigerator, it is now November, but in the summer a refrigerator would be a need.

- only 10 minutes walk to the mainstation- the city Beach „Pane e Pomodori“ is only a beautiful 15 minutes walk along the coast away- it’s only a 10 minutes Walk to the beautiful old city- the cleaning lady didn’t speak English but she was very helpful and friendly - the room was very clean, the mattress was super comfortable - the Apartment owner was always reachable and very friendly

- we didn’t get the room we‘ve awaited! Confirmed was a room with view to the garden, we got one to the street side on the ground floor!! It was the smallest room of all 4!- VERY NOISY, even when the windows were closed! Without Ohropax (ear plugs) I couldn’t have slept- the aircondition is loud and hangs directly above the bed! My boyfriend got a bad cold because of it- we had problems with the toilet! The „big business“ could not be washed away! This was a very uncomfortable situation for us- the toilet and bathroom pipelines have been very loud - only Italien TV channels and most of the time a very bad connection!!- everyone who enters or left the B&B needed to pass our room and the door is EXTREMELY noisy- bec our room was to the street side and it was on the ground floor, we weren’t able to let the window open - the pillows were very hard and we both had bad neckache after the first night! - a fridge inside the room would have been great- we couldn’t use the safe bec it was not able to open it! Even when we contacted the owner, he couldn’t help

There was not any iron to iron the clothes, as it was written in the advertisement. The main advantage is location and peaceful area around the hotel

The place was clean and well located. The check in was a bit tricky to figure out as it was completely virtual, but it worked out fine in the end. We liked that the toilets were sanitary.

We had two major issues:1. The air conditioning did not work. We came late in the afternoon and turned it on as it was 37 C. After one hour, there was not much cooling so we left it on when we went around the city. Coming back later in the evening, it was still not effective. Then later in the night, we had to turn it off several times due to a loud noise in the AC. We tried opening the windows and sleep but it was too noisy. So we were left in a catch 22 situation with us switching on the AC for an hour but then turning it off due to loud noises to open the windows to loud bar noises. That meant that we did not sleep at all and it was hard to catch our early morning train at 06.09 from Bari. 2. The drain in the shower was not working properly. So that meant that you need to shower for one minute then wait for two minutes for the water to go before starting again. We feel that the host should be responsible for proper maintenance of the facilities they provide and thus we feel disappointed with the room we booked.

I booked at the very least minute, but I would have appreciated if someone could have prepare the room before, maybe opening the windows to refresh air, etc. Breakfast was a little poor...
