The hotel pre checked me in before I arrived. They communicated with me via WhatsApp. My hotel room was so charming with high ceilings and so clean. Everyday they gave me new towels. I would come back and stay here!

Everything was exceptional! The service was amazing, the room was gorgeous with an amazing view, free luggage storage the next day, great recomendations for Bari! Couldn't recommend them enough 5 out of 5 stars!

Room was dated and dusty. There were bugs. I reserved a room at the hotel but they took me to a different location which is not what I signed up for.

Location and my luggage was in my room when I checked in the 2nd and 3rd time when I left my luggage for storage

Aircon not cook enough and when I book the property the website says luggage storage available. I wasn’t charged the first time I left it for storage but the second time I left it they said I have to book it through bounce because I will leave it for 2 nights.

The location is very good.

Quite old, needs a refresh. Our room didn’t really have a window (although it was the economical room).

The location was fine. Lift useful if taking bags to upper floors.Air con worked well. Could reach staff by Whatsapp.

Room was quite small. Shower fitting did not stay up on the shower rod. Shower head needed replacing. This should have been seen by the cleaner and reported. Toilet and shower very close to each others. When sit on toilet the gap between shower panel and your knees tight. I am less than 1.6m tall found it a squeeze. Reception in another building. To ask questions had to use Whatsapp.Internet was working intermittently when we were there in mid August.

Apartment is a little dated, shower needs investment and upgrade, A/C very loud.That said highly recommend this to place to anyone for location, staff and self catering facilities are good.

Horrible, worst experience ever in all the years that I have used Booking.com as my go-to website.

The room was noisy in the evening till late night with sound of people talking, cars and trucks noises. The same situation for early morning. There were no double-glazed windows to abate the noise from the street below and around.We checked in late night and checked out first thing in the morning. We did not used anything in the room other than the bed to sleep. We did not use the shower. We simply wanted to leave as soon as possible. They did not appear to want to refund us for the remainder of the 4 days of stay. I would accept a refund of 3 days i.e. giving them consideration and time to rent out our room as they claim they are always full.

Great location. Very helpful owner who draw me a map during a check in. Great location and close to the central station and Old Town. I am very happy with my choice.

Nice and polite people, always reliablr at the reception and for additional infirmation. They gave us a map, offered what to try in local restorants, tell us about tipical local food.

Hi, all was wonderful with a balcony I like the most. I recommend this place for visitors.

Nothing special, I think all you need to have a cooperative property management that is fantastic. No issue found there. I also enjoyed my four beautiful nights.
