B21 Lifestyle Hotel

The design and layout of the resort was spectacular. The accommodations were modern and inventive.

The cleaning staff came into my room and unlocked the door at around 9:30 am while I was still in my room before the designated checkout time. She wanted to gain access to clean the place. I felt uncomfortable and left my room early and informed the front desk staff about this. They stated they were sorry but that this sometimes happens. That was unacceptable. Some of the gym workout machines were rusty, had torn seats and were inoperable. They need to be changed and updated.

Our room was lovely and relaxing with perfect minimalist decor. It was the exact retreat we were looking for. The food was very nice and the room service was such a treat. The pool area was also very relaxing and well maintained, the staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus as well.

The breakfast was a lovely selection, the only challenge is that the location of the coffee and juice sometimes caused people to jam up and also made refilling a bit of a challenge for the staff. It is worth noting that the location is a bit on its own, but the shuttle made it easy to get into the town. A worthwhile trade-off for beach proximity and ease in getting to the airport.

The pool, the restaurant, the bar, the location and most importantly the staff were all fantastic!

Hotel seemed quiet but our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Once in the room we unpacked and settled in. The next day we found out air conditioning was not working on our floor which they already knew about, so I asked to move rooms - pack and unpack. The room they moved us to was made up for a single person so I had to ask for extra towel the next day. On day 4 there was no additional toilet rolls provided so I had to go to reception and ask.Also, no information pack....it would have helped to have information regarding taxi's in Bari plus buses from the hotel into Bari and local restaurants, beach facilities etc etc

We loved the pool, room and staff.

The only downside was the incredibly small shower.

Clean modern hotel, helpful staff, shuttle to city centre was available, and you can book it privately as needed for a fee, but much cheaper than any local taxi services .

It is in an area that has nothing around it. Lots of development, but nothing really walkable, and the beaches out front are all private. The pool area is really nice, towels and loungers and service, but kids aren’t allowed to jump into the pool, so great for adults, not fantastic for children, I get both sides of the argument ?.

Friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant food available throughout the day, spacious room and the pool area. I had a great getaway and would come back again.

I could hear water running and people talking in rooms around me, soundproofing could be improved. The door from the balcony to the shower and the glass between the shower and the room let the light in during the night - you can't sleep in a completely dark room.The breakfast was rather average. The eggs were dry, the veggies next to it were just defrosted. Not a lot of options for vegetarians

The breakfast staff were terrific, professional and working hard to make everyone enjoy the experience and the food. Dino and Alexy were very helpful to us and other guests and took good care to address all needs.

I stayed for 4 nights, the freg was not working. I made a claim in the first day. I t was not repaired till I checked out

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.The shuttle bus to and from the centre is a great service and is a nice touch.

Paying for a sea view room but no view as it is obscured by building works.This is misrepresentation and should not be allowed to happen as you are charging a premium for nothing.Also note that as a single traveller I was given the worst room on the floor for any view as well.The breakfast was inedible ie the scrambled egg and bacon.

The rooms are very small

the hotel is about 5kms out of town but they do have a free shuttle. comfortable and clean. lovely staff too

We phoned on our first evening to try and get a taxi organised or a pick up as a storm had hit and we were stuck. We were told this wasn’t possible - this should be a service provided to all guests.I think guests should be pre warned of the building site opposite on booking the hotel. It had no affect on our stay but I think it may upset others. Music around the pool was slightly dated - ambient music would suit the hotel better

The staff were exceptionally pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the lounge/pool area was very nice. The swimming pool was great. The menu was good, if a little limited. The bathroom was of a very high standard.

The hotel a bit out from Bari, but this of itself was not a major issue as the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the city, taxis we plentiful and the municipal bus service served the location (although the timetable of the 53 bus wasn’t reliable).However the immediate environs of the hotel weren’t really nice, and there was nowhere to go for a coffee if one went out for a walk.One final point - the pool was lovely. However with injuries to both my knees I really need something to hold on to getting out. Even shallow steps are impossible so I might suggest the installation of a very short handrail?

Great underground parking lot.

Location wasn't the best. If you stay here your should rent a car. Only 2-3 restaurants in walking distance.

the pool is much too crowded for a hotel pool, was not very cleanalthough the hotel is very nice clean and modern, the neighborhood is not very inviting, and the beach nearby is a to be avoided

Super location opposite the Lido San Francesco beach. Restaurant here is so good. Fresh seafood! Pool and service excellent Free shuttle into town but you will text back if you stay out later
