Single room depicted on the site was not what I received?namely a very narrow twin bed

Cheap plastic cups instead of glasss or proper cups and saucer should not be used in a 4 star hotel. Despute two attempts to report an issue with the TV in the room, these were ignored and nothing done about it. No information about facilities was offered

Beautiful gardens behind the property. - an oasis in a tougher part of town. Some friendly wait staff and food was good.

The front desk was understaffed. We were first in line and waited 30-45 minutes to check-in since there was only one person at the front desk who was trying to help a group of 8 motorcyclists who arrived without reservations and were very picky about their rooms. If you drive into Bari, it’s probably a good location since there seems to be a large parking lot on site. Not convenient for walking into the historical center of Bari. It’s kind of “on the wrong side of the tracks”. It’s possible to walk to the train / bus station, but it would not be easy to do so with luggage.

The breakfast was good and had all things needed for a good breakfast.However the breakfast room was a bit small and the tables set too tight. Because of a large group it got very crowded around 8:30 -9:00 am and it was too loud and it got difficult to maneuver.The park outside is gorgeous. However since it was unseasonably cool and extremely stormy we could not use neither the park nor the pool

The facilities were a bit faded and would need some renovation.The area outside is not the best and it takes a while to cross the railroad tracks and walk to the old town. The stay was a bit too pricey for what was offered.

I really don’t believe anyone pays attention to any of this information. just goes into a computer with absolutely no personal follow up.Had Ants in the bathroom air condition not functioning in the first room after three attempts finally changed our room That’s the room that had Ants

Location was convenient to the bus and rail station

I reserved and make prepayment for Big Room., I send massage if possible Big room with Balcony, they confirmed with additional 29 € payment. I agreed, but when I arrive I received Room +- 13M2 with small Balcony! I was not happy, than next day they change to the Big room which i paid for. Breakfast was OK.

Dirty, murky pool, rude restaurant and bar staff, expensive parking, hotel is a 30 minute walk minimum from anything.

It is a hotel built in the courtyard of a villa. The place is very quiet and the room had everything I needed. It was also well lit. The breakfast was very good and varied.

I booked a single room at the first floor and I think it was situated above the kitchen area. Around the hour the breakfast started, it began to smell like food. Also, on the bottom left of the bathroom door, there were some little ants marching around.

The hotel restaurant and in particular the staff at the restaurant were absolutely amazing. Very helpful and spoke with me in English with no problems. Made me feel very welcome, the food was always of a very high quality.Good location about 20 min walk from the center and 5 min walk from the train station which goes directly in and out of Bari Airport.

Single room is very small but I knew this when I booked. Gym facilities a bit outdated but everything is pretty good for hotel standards.

Nice breakfast and very kind staff. Very good lighting in the room.

Small remark: there should be hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom.

A modern hotel set in parkland, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied, copious and served by attentive staff. Hot dishes are cooked to order . The hotel is walkable from Bari Centrale station, but the gardens shield guests from the noise of rail and road traffic.

There was a kettle in our room, very welcome. But why only cardboard cups , in a hotel of such quality?

Comfortable room. Nice breakfast buffet and good illy coffee. Friendly team in the morning at breakfast.

A long walk to the city centre. Team at reception could be friendlier to guests.

Large room in a villa with garden, cleanliness, value for money

Hotel is surrounded by big and nice garden with swimming pool. Our room was comfy with a lot of space with the sofa in the middle. Bathroom and bed (slippers included) was big enough. Extra sheets and blanket available in the wardrobe. In general we could not hear any noises from the other rooms. Large and long desk to put laptop on it. At the reception we could easily get advices about sightseeing and ask to call for a taxi. Gym room very well equipped. Nice Turkish Sauna with shower and Jacuzzi. Good train or bus connections from Bari Centrale (15 minutes by foot) to the Airport or fantastic cities like Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Arbelobello or even Lecce or Matera. We preffered to go to Bari Centrale rather than nearest station Quintino Sella.

Location : the problem is not in the location itself but in the way/road how to get to the city center by foot. You must go through ugly, dirty, stinky stairs and the tunnel. Sometimes you were passing by homeless people with urine on the stairs. There is no alternate way or workaround. We felt uncomfortable. But its more city problem. But location of the hotel could be better. Other things : We got 2 bootles of water only on the first day. During remaining 6 days new bootles were never offered. Our room was cold and Airco was disabled. Only on the last day of our stay when we asked to warm up our room, Reception enabled it (my fault, I should ask for it earlier). It happened once that toilet paper and towel were not exchanged. Lack of bathrobe for my disposal at room to use it for SPA / Sauna. In general doors to SPA (inside the gym) were not marked anyhow. No signs on it how to get there. Usually Sauna is off so you need to turn it on manually and wait some time to have high temperature (which is also not enough for me. I think it was max c.a 60 degrees only but I prefer and need c.a 100 degrees). Sometimes lack of plastic cups to drink water from the water dispenser.

the price was too high taking into account that the room was extremely small. And during the night was very cold, the AC didn't worked at all.
