Extremely big room and with big balcony, rich breakfast with many choices

I suggest to bring some more furniture and wall decorations in the rooms to make it more a cosy feeling

Nothing it’s like an old apartment block. The staff were accommodating with assisting with another shower. However no compensation was offered

The property is very far from the centre if you do not have a car. It takes 30 minutes to the centre in the bus. The room is far too big and empty giving it a cold feel. Not warm and cosyNot enough hot water for 2 people to shower The room is so noisy you can hear the water running in the pipes from the room above and hear people walking The staff did give us another key last night to shower as we had no hot water. Was very annoying running across the passage to shower

Great accommodation with a spacious room, very clean, and in a quiet location! The service was lovely, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and everything was very tasty. A fantastic stay overall—thank you for the excellent service!

The staff was very helpful. The hotel's location is fairly good and parking spot is secured. The old centre of Bari is easy accessible by car.

Great friendly staff, rooms were massive and super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and at a great price, great place to stay, super recommend.

The shower didn't have a door, not an issue, but me being someone that easily splashes water around, I had to dry the outside of the shower a bit. I guess this says more about me than the hotel.

It's a fair way out of town, so it's not ideal for a few days as a tourist. In saying that, though, there's a regular bus service that passes by to the train station and city centre.We chose it as we had an early flight and it's not far from the autostrade. It's perfect for a one night stay over for easy access to the airport.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious - much larger than in most places I’ve stayed. The receptionist (I regret not asking their name) was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humour. The private balcony was also a lovely bonus - perfect for relaxing.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good quality air conditioning. Vending machines with food and drinks available 24/7.

The place is loud, next to a busy street. You can't sleep unless all windows are closed, which is OK with A/C. The are very few electrical sockets. To be able to charge a phone overnight you'll have to unplug bedside lamps. Room access is 100% electronic, with a 6-digit PIN code, which is less comfortable than access card. Neither lobby nor rooms have a kettle, so you won't be able to make your cup of tea. The old town is 4 km away but you can take a bus.

It is located in a quiet area. The rooms are bright and spacious. The staff is friendly. Everything is clean. The breakfast is pleasant and varied. The airport is only a 15-20 minute drive away.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was renovated, spatious and new.

I missed some hangers in the room. Apart from that, all was perfect.
