Hotel Adria

The hotel is very close to the train station and across the street from the car rental agencies. It is quite a walk to the old city though. The rooms were recently decorated, very clean and nice.

I wish there was more amenities such as conditioner and complimentary water in the rooms.

The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. Coffee and tea were refilled every day. I enjoyed the fitness center alone: small but equipped with everything you need to train. Breakfast was good and the staff were very kind. After check out, I could use the business center to work and that was very useful!

The area close to the hotel could be more patrolled, but I always felt safe in walking alone in and out the premises and to reach teh city center.

Breakfast was decent. Maybe some hard boiled eggs can be added in the future.

The cleaning staff was cleaning the room at night and the hallway. It started for about 7pm until about 9pm. it would have been okay if there were quiet - but the noise was annoying. I called the reception and they immediately stopped the cleaning which was good.

The room was very nice clean and cosy with a good breakfast helpful staff did like roof terrace thank you there

There was nothing we didn't like we will return if ever in Bari and recommend this to everyone close to station and bus services

Large clean room/ bathroom very close to train station, about a 14 minute walk to Bari Vecchia. Also had a really nice little rooftop area.

Being so close to train station, the area around the hotel wasn’t that pretty… but seemed perfectly safe.

Just a few hundred feet from the train and buses! It is a beautiful and well cared for property. The front desk peeps were wonderful! I had done a day tour to Matera and came home with heat exhaustion. I was feeling dizzy and extremely sick but starving . The sweet lady at the front desk ordered me a pizza (I wasn’t sure how to order take out) and then they brought it straight to my room.. so kind!! The breakfast was delicious and varied! The coffee maker was awesome! Everyone is smiling and helpful! What a lovely stay! As a female solo traveler, I felt totally safe here! ?

I liked the location and the receptionist.

The air-conditioning system needs an upgrade or something. It did not get as cool as I wanted all night but I was offered a fan and that helped .

It's a nice hotel and close to the metro and bus stations.

The AC was not working while it was hot.

Location is great, 5 min by walk from central railway station and 15 min by walk to the city center. Staff was very nice and helpful, you can leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Hotel room is super clean and decent size, with AC. Breakfast is from 7.00 - 9.30. I thought is until 10, so I missed it, but it was my fault.

Usually, breakfast in hotels is until 10.00.

Buffet, ok, friendly staff. Rental cars available across the road.

Great location - early check in - good selection food at breakfast. Room comfortable and was not noisy despite proximity to railway.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to Bari Centrale station and it's generally close to Bari Murat and 2-3 bus stops from Bari Vecchia. The building is quite old, nonetheless it's well-kept and renovated. The breakfasts were very non-Mezzogiorno style i.e. quite vast and with a wide selection of savoury and sweet foods. The room was renovated and had most of the useful amenities (even a kettle). The staff was very nice and helpful, they all deserve a raise. Despite proximity to railways the noise is not really heard. Lo consiglio con tutto il cuore!

The minor drawback was the AC that had no switch to turn off, it was only turning off when opening the window for a bit longer. I understand it may be necessary for summer, but in early spring it could be mostly used for heating up a bit only and does not need to run at all times. The lift was also relatively slow, though it was not new.

Having stayed at the hotel at least 4 times for my journey from the UK to Puglia I find that the staff are so obliging and caring.The bed was extremely comfortablefacilitating a really good nights sleep ready for the onward journey. Thank you

This is our second stay at the hotel. It’s comfortable and clean and the staff is accommodating, always making an effort to respond to requests.

The breakfast was good. Thank you so much for excellent coffee. I recommend preparation boiled egg at the guests' request. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Molto grazie per tutto.
