Excellent stay in the heart of Bari. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The central location makes it easy to explore the city, and the rooftop garden is a real highlight. If back in Bari, I will stay again in this hotel.

The staff was very friendly

It was our first time in Bari. We didn't like the city. We only stayed one night. The area where the hotel is located is scary.The room was large, but it smelled damp.The bed was very uncomfortable; it made a terrible noise when you moved. The pillows were awful.We were leaving very early for the airport and I went to take a shower... and there was no soap in the shower. I was furious. How is it possible that a four-star hotel (supposedly) doesn't have soap in the shower?I wouldn't go back to that hotel for anything.

Very noisy room. The loudest fridge I’ve ever encountered. When the neighbor took a shower, it literally sounded like they were showering right in the middle of our room. I even went out at 3 a.m. to try to turn off the water because I thought it was leaking in our own bathroom. Then another neighbor decided to shower again at 6 a.m., just to make sure we didn’t get too much sleep. One night, some kind of bell rang briefly — maybe the old phone in the room? The coffee machine was useless — some kind of greenwashing version designed to avoid waste but you need a degree to figure out how to use it. There are much better value-for-money hotels nearby with spacious private parking directly under the building, but unfortunately, they were fully booked.

Location- a 10-15 min stroll to the old town and main attractions, many good places to eat nearby.We adored the attention to little details: amazing art, rooftop terrace with bee hives, real keys( my personal little preference), the hotel philosophy and always helpful staff!Loved our stay, would recommend gladly.

Staff were wonderful. We were able to store our luggage for the day, and they offered us coffee while we waited for our transfer. We arrived late in the evening and the receptionist sent us to a wonderful restaurant.

Location was too far from Bari central city and main train station. Scary at night to leave the hotel.

Great stay at this very funky, environmentally friendly hotel. Well located, easy access. Huge room with great air conditioning, a large terrace, good bathroom. Breakfast was amazing- all local produce and plentiful.

Big room named Gaza but a little disjunction

Don’t need political views pushed while on vacation. Limited power outlets.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful. There was coffee and fresh juice available at any time. The location was perfect. It was a 15-minute walk to most major attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

There was nothing not to like.

The rooms are very spacious, modern, and clean.

There were no hangers for towels in the bathroom. The soap and shampoo size should be much bigger.

I really love the hotel and the woman and man at the reception were very polite and helpful. Really love photos and decoration and their sustainable soaps
