Hotel Excelsior Bari - by Farace Hotels

The room was decent sized, clean, and comfortable. Fast Wifi. The staffs were professional and friendly. The hotel's on-site restaurant served delicious dishes featuring a mix of traditional and modern flavors. The breakfast buffet was very excellent

Not close to the old town. But conveniently located next to Baris main train station and bus station, the hotel is a good choice for anyone who plans day trips to surrounding attractions such as famous Alberobello and Polignano A Mare.

Exellent location very close to the train station so good base if you want to travel outside of Bari and explore Puglia. Breakfast was good and the room was good except too hot so we ended up sleeping with window open.

Use of paper cups as seems a bit wasteful

A great hotel that is only five minutes walk from Bari’s main railway station. Excellent service and a very good breakfast.

Everything went amazing. We got a perfect upgrade to a suite at no extra charge. The staff was very kind and professional and helpful with every question we had as tourist. The rooms were spacious and in excellent condition and very clean. The breakfast was amazing with tons of choices. Location was superb, in the city center close to everything.

We had a fabulous suite, very comfortable & luxurious. Location is excellent, right at the train station. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They happily stored our luggage all day as well.

We have stayed at the Hotel Excelsior 3 different times and never been disappointed! The staff there is wonderful and helped us out a lot! We have family in the area and it’s our go to hotel in Bari. We will stay there in the future! Great breakfast too is a plus and good location!

The hotel was very close to Roma Termini which made for easy arrival and connections for our onward journey.The facilities were first rate. Rooms were spacious and the bar and restaurant were very welcoming.Staff were helpful and friendly.

Pillows . Very disappointed pillows hard snd uncomfortable. They need better quality pillows eg memory foam or similar

Convenient for train station but also to walk to castle and old town.Very helpful staff.

Traffic noise

I prefer to stay in this hotel as you are well connected either to the city than to public transfer. The staff is amazing, it like being home abroad. I received also an free upgrade to Junior suite. Even the standard rooms are bigger than average in Bari.

The outside and parking area could be better.
