Everything in the hotel is great ; just the insolent , Bad behavior Of the recepcionist ( woman ) did not respect us. We tried to talk to her,but she ignorated and discriminated us , only because we are latín people

Wonderful hotel where I would have loved to stay even longer. Though located on a busy road, it is super quiet thanks to the great windows, the spa area is beautiful, the massage fantastic , food plentiful (especially the breakfast) and everything is very tastefully decorated. A gem!

I loved everything

The property was not worth the money we paid..the spa did not work - steam room not hot, jacuzzi with cold water, sauna out of order. The room we stayed in was very dusty and unpleasant to stay in. We found very surprising when at check out they told us to pay some extra tax even though we booked the place through booking.

The food in the restaurant was not tasty We ordered pasta with salmon the portion hat only two small pieces of salmon also the egroll my wife ordered was uneatable but my wife ordered something else and atleast we wehre not charged .

I really like the bed and the gym.

Can't say that we didn't like it but we see some aspects to highlight as sugesstions. Despite the multiple choices on the breakfast nothing was extraordinary ... mainly commercial food. Coffee wasn't good either. Extra cost for using spa. Not very clear indication were to find the reception, in fact there are two receptions and of course we reached first to the wrong one :)

The staff were very friendly. The pool was nice, overlooking the lake.

The location and ambient are perfect, as well as the staff. The hotel is nicely designed, so are it's surroundings.The lake view is gorgeous, you can enjoy it from your terrace. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Kastoria by car, and has a huge parking.

The mattress in our double bed was dented in the middle and way too soft, I had to sleep in the kid's bed. Breakfast was not tasty, almost everything was stale, even the eggs; I was expecting more fresh produce from a 5-star hotel. Generally, the hotel would benefit from a renovation.

Amazing service from the hotel staff- receptionist (mila?), at the pool, dining room etc…Very clean, nice gardening, big room, nice hotel decoration, lake view, breakfast …

It was perfect!The only wish for next time (not related to the hotel) is to allow a left turn to the hotel from the other side of the road ?

A great idea for a short getaway before heading to the Ionian coast.Kastoria has incredible charm and feels like an oasis of peace. If you have the time, be sure to visit the Dragon’s Cave!The hotel itself is excellent. The restaurant has a fantastic chef!The rooms are spacious, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.This will definitely be our choice again the next time we travel toward the Ionian Sea.

The facility was quite old. The shower floor’s tile fell off. Sink in the toilet was stuck. Sound proof is super bad because I heard the man staying at the next door snoring the whole night, I couldn’t sleep. It’s a 5 star hotel, but no one came to collect the plates after we ate from room service. The small bottle of conditioner was used…

Wonderful staff, restaurant, spa we loved our stay

Generally pleasant with satisfactory service.

The hotel stay was disappointing due to ongoing repairs that disrupted the experience. Noise from construction workers started early on our balcony and worker was standing there making it hard to relax. Staff were apologetic but unable to resolve the disturbances, leaving the stay below expectations.
