Very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast!A good, large comfy bed, balcony and fridge equipped with cold water

The shower should be upgraded, adding a curtain and a larger shower head

The Stuff. It's not very common that the owner of the hotel comes to greet you , sits with you and chit chat with you. She is the nicest person. When she heard we're from Isreal she went way and beyond to make sure I will feel at home. Isaraelis are very very very welcomed in this Hotel. The owner has a rich and interesting past with Jews that lived in Kastoria which she told us about. The breakfast - awsome. 90% of what is servers there is local , home made, mostly by the owner , and she definitely can cook :-)

We loved the location..a bit away from the city but much quieter! The staff very friendly welcoming and pleasant.Very clean! Loved the white linens. Breakfast buffet very generous with great variety. After our stay there we stayed at two higher end hotels unfortunately their breakfast didn’t come close to Chloe..

The bathroom a bit small otherwise very nice.

Nice family-run hotel: the family is proud of their hotel and very hospitable. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. A bit further from the centre, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Recommended

Excellent infrastructure and rooms, very competitive prices and lovely staff. Mimi was very helpful and chatty, it was a pleasure to talk to her in the mornings.

It’s their care for the customer and attention to detail that sets this hotel apart from others. A warm welcome from the owner and super tasty homemade food makes breakfast a wonderful experience. We stayed late November and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a little bit of Christmas also spilling in to our bedroom. Super clean, world class customer service and warm, homely vibe. Mimi, her daughter Margarita and all the staff there are a hard act to beat. We will definitely stay there again if in the area.

The relaxing atmosphere, cozy lobby, and spacious, well-lit rooms with lovely lake or garden views contributed to a memorable experience. The standout feature was the outstanding service; the staff were attentive and ensured that everything was perfectly arranged.The delicious breakfast, (mostly homemade) featuring fresh local ingredients , was served in an elegant and inviting setting.With convenient access to the city center, (where bike rentals are available for exploring the lake area) , this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.I would definitely return .

Incredible hotel in a peaceful place. If you want to relax, this is the best place for you! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the products - locally sourced. The owners were incredibly sweet and welcoming. We were so impressed by everything and would definitely come back again.

The owner and her staff were absolutely wonderful, always there to help. The breakfast was brilliant, all locally sourced food, we had a teatime snack and that was really good.

This is a wonderfull hotel. The staff is really friendly. This place is run by a very nice family. The breakfast was delicious, Greek style witje lots of local products. The rooms are confortable and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet so you can have a good night sleep. The perfect place to stay when you are in Kastoria.

Staff is well trained and aware of laws. I had a personal issue with an unwanted person trying to find me and staff dealt with it superbly. Honestly, just for that they all deserve a raise!

Excellent hotel, family style, big rooms, very clean, all new, great location. Excellent breakfast, and very polite staff. Great hospitality. We were 17 friends and stayed 1 night in june 2024.All the friends were satisfied and very happy from the hotel.

That is an example of exemplary quality stay. It's not just about the building, the building is soulless without its people. Although the room was perfectly clean and the breakfast a tasty merge of traditional Greek and modern; the final touch is added by the staff who are all friendly, professional and great overall.
