Only thing - should be taken into account that the last segment of the access road is rather narrow alley between stone walls, so it was better to park on the main street 200 meters away.

Nicely renovated old mansion in a scenic part of Kastoria’s old town.

Heating hadn’t been turned on even though it had been cold for several days.Seemed understaffed - breakfast items were not replenished or attended to in a timely manner, and front desk was usually unstaffed.

Spacious and well decorated room. Great location in the old part of town, and an excellent breakfast.

It was a bit out of the way from downtown

Everything. The rooms are lovely, great beds. The breakfast is excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and went beyond the call of duty. My husband is from Kastoria. They provided special Kastorian pie just for him. The location is great, just steps from 2 excellent tavernas. The lake and a lovely cafe are just 5 mins walk away. This is our second stay at the hotel. We will go back next time we are in Kastoria.

This was a return visit from a previous year. It's in a very nice little community with easy access and pretty good street parking in easy walking distance. It's an easy walk down to the lake with very good walking and benches to watch the water, walkers, and fishermen. Breakfast has a good variety and nice tables inside and outside. Stairs only to rooms and breakfast. Good beds and linens.

The little park was being completely redone and messed up the square, but it is making good progress toward completion.

A lovely hotel in a gorgeous historic building with well-preserved features. Cozy rooms, excellent shower. Warm and attentive service and hospitality. The breakfast selection is large and everything is fresh and high-quality (the orange juice is freshly squeezed — a treat!).The location is perfect, right on the main square of the old town, which has several charming restaurants and cafés. Unfortunately, the beautiful square is currently under reconstruction… a bit of a bummer.

Two small notes — the air conditioning was fixed to heating mode in late April, which meant sleeping with the windows open. The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste… but these are really minor issues.

The traditional, big room with the high ceiling, the delicious rich breakfast, the sensible price, the location and the discretion of the hosts.

Excellent location, historic beautiful building, historic and beautiful style in the room. Please note: no elevator, but the staff helps with the luggage. The mattress was a bit too soft for me.

Our room was really beautiful, they have restored the mansion wonderfully. The beds were super comfortable, I slept very well. And I liked the shower. The breakfast was excellent.

The Orologopoulos Mansion is a luxurious hotel housed in a 200-year-old building, offering a unique sense of history and charm. The restaurant and rooms are beautifully designed, preserving the building's character. The location is excellent for exploring the city. However, what we truly appreciated most was the staff—their politeness and dedication to enhancing our stay, making it truly special.

We liked everything but if I needed to say something I would suggest to replace the towels :)

Great location in the old town, park around the street or at the side of the lake. Lovely old building renovated for guests. Breakfast was sufficient, and expresso coffee at request

I have stayed in Kastoria in the last 3 years in 3 different hotels. This is unquestionably the best the city is offering.The suite was comfortable, classic, with best views of the Doltso square, the most authentic breakfast and the friendliest hosts.I will come back again .

Everything was fantastic! Very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated room! Amazing location and great breakfast! Definitely would recommend this traditional hotel.

The fridge in the room was not working and they did have another. The water in the shawer won't go down. The toilets seat was broken. The breakfast was terrible. There was no verify at all, small amounts even the orange juice was not cold. No value for money.
