Appreciated the cleanliness and location of the hotel to the city centre. Perfect for an overnight visit to Kastoria.

The duvet was good. The vanity kit was also handy. The room was warm.

The room was overpriced by far. It was sold as a lake view room, but there was no lake view as such. Annoyingly, I had payed extra for the so called lake view room. The receptionist insisted this was a lake view room even there was no view to the lake. The furniture was dated and worn out. The bed was too soft. The television was about the size of a small laptop screen. The room was noisy with a lot of street traffic. The room had condensation and water damage on the floor. The breakfast buffet was very basic. The breakfast room was small, crowded and very loud. There was no floor plan inside the room indicating the fire escape route. I would not recommend this hotel!

room was very small, we paid 160eur per night for a "triple room" but the room was at the best double. There is no gym neither spa in the hotel as indicated in booking.com. This isn't a 4 star hotel..

Staff welcoming you with a smile, lake view, cozy room and rich breakfasts. Recommended if you want to spend some time in Kastoria!

The breakfast was with good variation, and with good variarity. The Hotel is in a perfect distance to everything and definitely a beautiful view over the mountains. I liked your cleaning lady that did our room. She was nice, kind, and very service minded, and always said hello to us.

Some of the staf in the reception did not seem so serviceminded, or seemed like they did not care about the visitors/guests

The location

The air conditioner didn't work. We didn't sleep well at all. The breakfast was ok but crowded in the morning. No place to stay

Location is good. Muad’dib himself cheched us in.

We had 3 pillows and covers for 4 of us. Room was stuffy and hot, no nets on windows, bathroom is very slippery, AC blows directly on bed, internet doesn’t exist, nobody speaks english, no communication.

The location is great. The city centre or both lake shores can be easily reached. The staff is friendly and ready to provide support when needed. The breakfast is excellent with different types of food.

There is no parking and vehicles are parked on the street in front of the hotel, where parking is permitted.

Let's start with the fact that it is not a 4-star hotel!! I don't know how they got it. The hotel is a shame, beyond all criticism. You enter the lobby and the light isn't even on, the lobby is empty- no one there.... Arriving in the rooms, shocking carpets that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Smell of fuel in the room, broken floor.There is not even a kettle to make coffee and tea - which is basic even in a 2-star hotel. No safe for your personal things. The wi-fi is bad and they didn't care.. no wifi! Breakfast is not fresh. No one at breakfast to help.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was also balcony facing the next building. The breakfast was really good and everything was fresh and tasty.

Great location and comfortable large bed. Nice balcony with some lake view. Friendly staff and the room was cleaned each day.

A/C did not work. Not good to stay in the summer. Very dated, definitely not 4 star and many things broken or didn’t work. No power point in the bathroom and shower had little pressure. Also, we killed two spiders during our stay.

Breakfast buffet was super with many options that should cover all tastes

Room was advertised "with view" and as you can see on photos I attach, the only view was an ugly skylight. Receptionist told us that all family rooms are like that and couldn't move us to another one. There were slippery gaps on the center of the floor. Dusty surfaces. Bedsheets and towels were clean but still damp. Overall it felt overpriced (95 euro, on offer)
