HOTEL TSARSI

The staff were lovely and the hotel size (8 rooms) was friendly and comfortable. Breakfast was included and good; parking was easy for us (off season). Room was lovely with generous sitting area but, unfortunately, our balcony was on the street side and we had some street noise.

A/C was off for the season so we could not cover up any street noise with the fan.

It's our second time in this hotel. Everything is great and especially Zissis the host, we got recommendation what to do, restaurants, breakfast was good.

Air condition was working only on heat (October), we had to open the windows which were facing to a quiet street but from time to time a car passes.

Absolutely perfect accommodation! Clean, spacious and comfortable! Very good breakfast Beautiful view from the balcony! Great location to explore Kastoria ! The hospitable hostess immediately advised us what to see and where to eat in the area.

I wish we had booked for more nights. The hotel is a complete delight, from the welcoming informative host and lovely room with lots of nice touches (eg quiet aircon and good hot high pressure shower), to the breakfast featuring omelettes, home made phyllo pies and sweet breads, homemade jams and very good coffee (rather rare in many hotels). The host was especially helpful in making sure we got parked okay in a safe spot right beside the hotel. There’s lots to do in Kastoriá.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. They will cook an omelette for you for breakfast if you want.

The hotel is very nice and is close to Kastoria center and lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we received a lot of good recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Will gladly stay here again when we will visit Kastoria next time.

Set near the historic centre of the town and close to all the important landmarks, Hotel Tsarsi is one of the best and most modern hotels we have stayed in in Greece. Everything from the furniture to the color palette of the rooms was well chosen to accommodate the guests in a cosy manner. The staff was more than friendly and helpful, the internet speed was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic!We will surely stay there again.

Generously sized rooms, super comfortable, minutes from everywhere, AC was terrific, dedicated car parking (front x1, back (2-3) breakfast omelettes were amazing and the team looking after us were so friendly and kind!! Wish we had of been staying longer and do hope to come back.
