Esperos Palace Luxury & Spa Hotel

This is a modern hotel on the outskirts of Kastoria, nice rooms, very nice breakfast, and there is Spa in the hotel. Free parking across the street, very convenient. Staff was very friendly.

There is a Spa in the hotel. The staff was very kind, but the facilities were a bit underwhelming. Pool could have been a bit hotter, etc. Also, the location of the hotel was very far from the center of town, requiring your own car or a taxi to go our to eat, say, or to see the historic town.

The hotel is nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and as expected, though nothing particularly special. The staff were polite and professional.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so it’s best to have a car.

The staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant and room service were excellent . We enjoyed our meals there. The pool and sauna were an added value which we enjoyed.

The room was very spacious, the bed was a good size, and the bathroom was large as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room did not have curtains that allow both daylight and privacy. There were only blackout curtains, which meant I had to keep them closed and rely on artificial lighting. The shower had very low water pressure. The spa facility was very basic and quite small, and during the day it was crowded with kids, making it extremely noisy

the worst hotel in our trip in Greece.

we got an unpleasant room. the room didn’t have a lake view as was promising. there weren’t a lot of guests, so i don’t understand why we didn’t get a better room which meet our needs and requests. the location of the hotel is also unpleasant.

The worst hotel we have ever been to!! The whole hotel is dark all the time, no lights are turned on, not even at breakfast, the staff is not nice, they don't even look up when the guests come in and out, no one smiles, the feeling is as if you are not welcome.

The staff was bad, the hotel is defined as a spa, everything is extra, including the gym and the pool. Coffee at the bar in a disposable cup. Everything is bad. don't get close

Overall nice hotel with great staff.Close to the mountain. Means a great fresh air.

Thought it was with a balcony but it wasn't. Asked for a change was not possible.Also the location was a little uphill means ideal for young couples or for people with a car.

The hotel was very nice.From the outside, it looks charming and beautiful, and the lobby is also lovely.The dining room and the food were excellent.The staff was nice – some more than others – but overall it was good.Everything was really fine, and the location is great, just a 5-minute drive from the city center.

However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room. The shower was not clean at all, with hair and yellow stains along the rubber and the window.In addition, the blanket at night was very thin, not the kind of blanket I would expect in a hotel.

The hotel was modern and had everything needed to relax and unwind. The spa services were great. I decided to get a massage and was able to have one the same day I booked it so that was nice. I had to drive to get closer to city center so beware of needing to find parking. It had large eating area, bar for late evening drinks, and indoor pool.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. Just beware, no one ever provides hair conditioner anymore. So, bring your own!!

Easy walk into Kastoria. Comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Provided a kettle for the room when asked. Spa relaxing.

They say it is a family hotel. They write they have inside pool.I booked the hotel for a family vacation specifically for this reason. I was looking for hotels with inside pool.At our arrival they let us know that the pool is available for children only 15:00 - 17:00.Time when either is lunchtime either they sleep.And on top of everything one day when we did manage to use the pool with the kids for 1 hour they charged us 10euro/person.Unacceptable.

Breakfast is great. Variety is there and everything is top quality.

Location is not great, you rather need a car/taxi to go downtown. No big deal though since I already knew it when booked.

There was a giant fireplace and they wouldn't light the fireplace, even though it was cold outside, and when the fireplace was on, there was only one little log burning. We had asked for more wood and they said no. During check out, the staff was confused and it took longer than expected.Restricted hours on the spa & gym. Some days they were closed, which was very inconvenient. The hotel never even offered us water. The bathroom was claustrophobic. The shower could've used a few more feet of space and although the design seems nice from the naked eye, it seemed cheap in reality. When the shower turned on, the floor of the bathroom flooded a little every time.

Room was sapcuous pool was nice

They could place a kettle for tea. The safe box didnt work. Most important they chage a huge fee and you pay with card. It is not announced anywhere, at least not visible since we didnt see it so we could have paid by cash.

The breakfast was good

We had two double rooms. For some reason, they put us in rooms located in a kind of an anex, no lift. My (very) old mom needed to climb the stairs every time.The hotel lobby was very dark, witg very little lights on. The corridor to our rooms was even darker.

The bartender was nice. The room was clean.

There was a huge toilet bug on my bed. The person at the front desk doesn't know the difference between the 1st floor and 2nd floor. The same person was sighing and puffing like 5 times in a minute when I was checking out and I was conforming I hadn't pay the bill in advance. Those loud sighs were so rude I almost snapped. She didn't even have any other customers waiting while I checked my billing literally like a minute. Because of her, I'll never return.

The hotel was very nice, beds were comfortable and food was fantastic! Not too much to choose from but everything tasted fantastic and was prepared very well.
