Great location and staff. We always stay here when we come to Florina which is almost every year.

I booked this for my father and he loved the central downtown location and ability to walk out the door and go everywhere. He said the staff was incredible, breakfast was great and he is from Florina himself. Thank you for taking care of him!! Presidential suite is the way to go. Anne Marie

Centrally located in the town

Some rooms are renovated with showers but my room wasn’t and had a a bathtub with shower head over the top, I had trouble climbing in & out of the tub & nearly slipped on the first day of use. I asked for a non slip mat which was provided. Breakfast could be improved.

The location was great, parking was easy and the staff were nice and welcoming.The bed was very comfortable and the views were great.

We were in a Presidential Suite. The bathroom was very old and left a lot to be desired. The hand held shower had no hook up, point so it made showering very awkward. The carpet could be replaced. There were a lot of stains.

It was central, clean and the staff were lovely.

Our air conditioner was extremely noisy and kept making crackling noises like it was going to fall off the wall. The shower head was to be moved, thus spraying water on the bathroom floor. Our first room didn’t have a hair dryer.

Nice and comfortable place in walking distance to shops cafes Restaurant.

The food at breakfast needs to be modernised. For a hotel it should be better quality. We stayed in 2016 and it is pretty much the same. Eg compare to Colours Urban in Thessaloniki. Maybe get some ideas from there or elsewhere. We do like the place. That’s pretty much the only complaint.

The location was perfectly located central to the whole town. Everything was very clean. The professionalism, support and service from front of desk was exceptional. Thank you.

Perhaps just a bit more variety of greek foods in the breakfast menu.

Friendly staff, no frills hotel in the center of Florina. The rooftop bar has wonderful views of the town and surrounding mountains.

This is a little gem in Florina. Comfortable room, a nice rooftop bar and the breakfast options many and very good.Great location in the middle of the city.The staff were very good especially the lady at reception who was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble and always friendly and courteous. When we next visit Florina this is the place we are coming to.

The location was in the centre of town, the room was very roomy and had a great view of the mountain. The rooftop bar was a great place to have a drink or two.
