Older Hotel but fine.

Reserves parking was limited and hard to get in to but stay was all around good and a great value.

Nice hotel with beautiful view, parking, pretty new building.

Location is perfect, parking reserved in front of hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Price matches what you get. It has also a kind of old times hotel character. Very clean.

I hadn't planned to stay in a hotel on my trip. It certainly turned out to be the best decision I've made in a long time.The location is very central, the rooms have everything you need, the small town is very nice, the surrounding area has the most beautiful scenery/landscape to explore - and the staff in particular are the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.They helped me calmly and competently in a difficult situation (I had car problems). Although my problems were solved, I decided to stay another night. If I could, I would stay here longer.I recommend everyone not to think twice about staying here.

The hotel is a great example of simple greek old fashioned hospitality. Perfect location, quiet setting, nice staff, breakfast on demand, close to good coffee and pita cafes. The private parking space is really helpful. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Florina makes an excellent base to explore Western Macedonia.

The breakfast was simple and nice. Very good value for money. The staff, at the breakfast area and the reception were extremely kind and helpful. Very important, also, the private parking, very close to the hotel.

Wi-Fi, especially if you need to work with a laptop.

The view was amazing, you could see the sunrise. The neighbourhood wasn't noisy. The room was nice and clean. There was an AC.

The mini fridge didn't really work well but it's not a big deal.

The hotel is dated. No frills, but the required basics for an enjoyable, centrally located stay in the town are offered. And Free parking!

The comfort of the bed from 1-10 is 0Everything is clean, but veeery used and old.. The hotel is on very busy street so no sleeping in the evening.

Very enjoyable stay in this centrally located street (with restaurants and cafes close by, though the immediate area is primarily residential). Comfortable room with balcony (though one of the outdoor chairs was broken); particularly liked the extra door separating the corridor parallel to the bathroom from the bedroom area. The breakfast was prepared fresh each day: I was the only person taking it on the first day; perhaps one other table of two on the second. Although service was good, the overall quality was slightly less than in similar hotels elsewhere, so perhaps a room only rate may be more appropriate here? Excellent wifi. Excellent, friendly staff.

Aside from minor quibbles, the only real problem concerned noise. I stayed in Room 203 and, at various times, was disturbed by extremely loud coughing, television and mobile phone ringing, including as early as 5am: I'm not sure whether the noise came from within the hotel or an adjacent building.

I loved this place. It has a sense of charm to it that a lot of places nowadays don't. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit dated, but we kinda liked the old school atmosphere. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The location is close to everything you may need in town.

The carpet may need changing. The hotel is a bit pricey for the “old-schoolness” of it.

A great choice for Florina. It is located in the centre of the city and all the amenities are around the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and polite.The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and big. They provide shampoo,towels and everything you need. If you want to visit Florina is the best choice for staying.

Well located, very affordable, caring staff, room clean and perfect for a short stay!

I would have prefered opaque rather than sheer curtains on the windows, but I still slept well! Also, was wishing for warmer lights in the room. Nonetheless, I had a pleasant stay!

It was centrally located in Florina. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I could say that the bathroom needed updating, but in fact it all worked perfectly and was a charming place. Much nicer than many sterile modern hotels

The morning staff, whom prepared the breakfast too, was very friendly and caring.

First impression was not great with a grumpy receptionist in the evening. The day after his colleague was very friendly. A great host.
