The staff was great and very helpful. Good breakfast. Spacious room with a nice view in a quiet area.

A bit outdated hotel in the suburbs of Florina. The spa facilities were not working. Overall not a great value for money, but the other choices in the region were worse.

Looks nice on the outside but the inside needs a bit of an update

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the end of town. It had a nice balcony where you could sit and enjoy.

Not friendly staff, barely speak English. The room we were given was very old renovated (like from the 70s), there was no Wi-Fi. Far from the center, the spa is closed, the bar is very bad, I regret that I decided to stay here

The staff were incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make you comfortable

Bathroom needed a little updating but it was clean and they came daily to clean it and change towels

The breakfast was very good. My room was very comfortable with a large shower. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for me to go to the bear sanctuary.

Breakfast was OK, room was large but came with three (3!) beds. We asked for a two-bed room but nobody understood our English. Thus, we left after the first night

Good option for one night, don't expect anything special. The room is just for sleeping.

The pool was not working, unfortunately we were not warned about this. The room itself was untidy, with some stains on the carpet. Uncomfortable bathroom. No opportunities to go our with a dog (lots of stray dogs around)

Very clean and great hotel in Florina. Breakfast was plenty and tasty and the stuff absolutely kind. Would definitely recommend. Got a free upgrade to suite and loved it.

Our room was upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and comfy. The view of the city was very good from our room. The breakfast was good but not great.

The spa was not open, as they informed us upon arrival, it was under maintenance. Also when we asked for parking,as it was described in hotel info, they instructed us to park on the streets around the hotel. Both the spa and the private parking were essential for our choice.

The room was nice and clean with a wide bed. Breakfast was fine, we could choose something that we liked.

Parking is on the street in front of the hotel. They didn't let us to stay until 12:00, as it was listed on booking, we had to leave until 11:00, they said 'due to covid'.
