Residence by Vestibul Palace

The suite was extremely clean and Mia the hotel representative went out of her way to greet us and make sure our stay was pleasant.

It was a very quiet location and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had rainfall showers which were refreshing and it came with a small kitchen area to cook minor meals.

Joseph was amazing host and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and helped even when we had rental car issues. The property was clean, spacious and decorated with a fabulous flare. The property and beautiful blue lagoon behind it were breathtaking. We definitely will be back!

There was absolutely nothing we did not like about this stay.

- Close to Diocletian’s palace and old town- Secluded to be quiet and basically acts as large studio apartment (with kitchen)- Close to bus/train station- Two small patios- Excellent food recommendations from hotel staff

- Non-functioning TV

Located within a 10 minute walk to the Diocletian Palace. The apartment itself was well appointed and spacious.

Beds were comfortable and firm. Apartment was clean, quite, and close to old town.

Useless oven instead of microwave oven; lack of paper towel that was eventually provided.

The location is 10 min walk to old town so for me i love to be in the center

The unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished and prepared. The check-in felt very professional, and we were greeted upon arrival at the door by Antonia. She was also available via WhatsApp if we had any questions or requests. The place is very clean and within walking distance to the old town of Split. There are numerous wild peacocks on the property that greeted us in the morning.

The studio was much bigger than I anticipated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. There are wild Peacocks that run around the neighborhood and were entertaining. The location was fantastic, only a 10 minute walk to Old Town. We rented a car and I was able to park in the building for an additional fee, but that was very convenient since you cannot park in Old Town and nearby parking is very expensive. We stayed in 4 different hotels in Croatia and they were the only hotel with soft towels. All the others felt like sandpaper! The manager was great and checked in on us throughout our stay. I highly recommend Residence by Vestibul Palace.

There were peacocks in the deck in themorning. It is the only residential area in Split where peacocks have taken up residence.

Paying for parking in a garage attached to the property.

Great hosts, great rooms, would definitely stay again, group of 14 of us all enjoyed the stay

EVERYTHING! Cozy, modern and spacious apartments located less than 10 minutes (by walking) from the old city. Antonia gave us great support, providing clear instructions and good recommendations. The 4 people apartments are perfect for families or also small group of friends as there are separate rooms and the space is big enough. There are also terraces to eat outside.I'm more than satisfied, I woild definitely come back! ?

It was very spacious. It was clean. The towels were luxurious.

The noisy peacocks?

Our apartment was superb. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. What's not to like? Plenty of space everywhere and a great size balcony. A toaster would be handy but wasn't worried about not having a coffee machine like other people seem to be. The apartments are in a residential area and so not that near to a breakfast place or restaurants in the evening but for two of us this didn't matter so much. However, the location was slightly difficult for the third person. Alright walking down into the centre of Split but walking back up again was sometimes a problem as the building is on a higher level and there are no buses nearby. A great place to stay otherwise.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Good sized apartments with wrap around balcony. Attentive staff, comfy beds, strong wifi, well equipped kitchen, AC. Highly recommended. Would stay here again!

T did excellent orientation and customized her recommendations for our inquiries for local specialty dining and the best things to do with our free time. She also pointed out things in the adjacent non-tourist area of town. Krka Natl Park per the early bus to see waterfalls and line up the 2nd boat trip to the monastery selling island olive oil went well. Klis Castle per bus also was easy peasy and fun. Super Recommendations! Quiet neighborhood. Delightful property with balconies. Great bed and bath and robes. This is worth the uphill walk a few extra blocks out of the way of the cruise ship crowds and tour groups. Eating at Michelin Šug restaurant and the daily 'Merenda' offerings was wonderful. Enjoyed the beaches South of this area of the city. 6 blocks walk to most things. Worth it.

We loved everything, including its location a bit away from the main tourist town. If you don't like uphill walking for a few blocks, this isn't your place. It has a fine elevator once you are there.

New & very clean and comfortable. Easy 10 minute walk to historical center. Garage parking on site. Staff was excellent. Very friendly, accessible and provided lots of information.

Lovely appartments, very nicely furnished and kept clean by the daily housekeeper. The area is only 10 minutes walk to the old town and seafront past Tommy's the local supermarket . Very quiet and in a nice neighbourhood . We also enjoyed watching the Peacocks roaming the area . Perfect !

Smart, modern building in a quiet residential area close to the old town. The residence is associated with a hotel of the same name in the old part of town. Easy access underground parking for our 2 motorbikes. Good contact with hosts pre-arrival and they came to the building to meet us and hand over keys. Very comfortable for a one night stay. Looking for peacocks in the neighbourhood is fun.
