Heritage Hotel Antique Split

Best Hotel we ve been to in our trip to Europe. Management is doing a great job! The service of the staff especially the front desk is incredible. It¿s so clean there I couldn¿t find mold anywhere in the bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated their willingness to help with any questions I had. Rooms were clean. The hotel itseld is cute and in a great location. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks!

Very good location closer to all important attractions. Make to order breakfast is excellent and very cordial staff. Jan is very friendly and came to pick me up from the car parking and is very knowledgeable of the history. He also accompanied till the bus stop at the time of check-out. Julia too is an excellent manager and very helpful & friendly. They mingled like a family member; great to have such a staff.

I recently stayed at the Heritage Hotel Antique Split and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member, from the front desk to the kitchen, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. I had an early excursion one morning and wasn’t going to be able to make it to breakfast, and the staff kindly prepared a lunch bag for me to take along. That thoughtful gesture meant so much and really showed their dedication to their guests.My room was upgraded upon arrival, and it was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with everything I needed. The location is also fantastic, close to everything and ideal for exploring Split. It truly made my trip memorable.

Loved this hotel! The best location as we could overlook Diocletian’s Palace and listen to the live music from our room! The staff was incredibly helpful getting us settled!

Loved everything!

This was our favorite hotel during our Europe trip! The staff were so kind, friendly, and always helpful. The location is absolutely perfect — everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. A 10 out of 10 stay — we would love to come back! We had a car rental and the staff helped us with their luggage, which was like a 10 minute walk couldn't ask for anything more

Excellent location, extremely clean and lovely rooms. Very comfortable bed and amazing shower. The staff was present to help in anyway possible. Highly recommend. Arranged seamless airport transfer for early flight back up states.

The location, rooms, staff were all excellent

The hotel is in a fantastic location and is furnished to a high standard. But what makes it exceptional is the service. Nothing is too difficult from helping with baggage to taking time to talk with you to understand what you would like to do and giving recommendations to help with trip plans. It's a small hotel so the highly personalized service and knowing your name really makes you feel welcome. Big thanks to Jan and Arte (and neither of them asked for me to give them a review as is becoming so common nowadays)

Because of the location inside the palace it's hard to initially locate, although they will happily meet you and help with luggage

Incredibly helpful, friendly staff, especially Ante. Wide array of breakfast and coffee options. Very clean and comfortable rooms with everything you may need. The location is fantastic!

Not one thing was bad.

The location couldn't be better in the middle of Diocletian Palace, and close to restaurants, the beach, etc.The room was fantastic, with truly amazing views, very comfortable bed, space, bathroom, and with all the things we needed.The team was beyond kind, helpful, and attentive. They really take time to make your stay (even if we stayed for only a bit more than a day) memorable and enjoyable.The included breakfast was also 10/10 with options for all tastes.We would love to come back and highly recommend this hotel.
