Great location, exceptional room with wonderful breakfast.
Loved everything about it
Excellent location, right in the center. Staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. Breakfast area is a little cramped but the staff and the food was amazing. We were leaving at 5am and the staff packed us a very thoughtful and wonderful breakfast to go.

The staff was amazing. Andy really made the stay special. Great location in the heart of Old Town. Comfortable bed and a nice big bathtub.
The location was outstanding- convenient to everything in the old town and to the Riva. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Loved the character and charm of the hotel as well as the staff especially Andi, Carla, and Kris. Maryann made the best omelettes. We enjoyed the bar and bartenders too.
The bed was a little too firm for me.
The host and hostess were exceptional- Andrea is engaging, helpful and so accommodating. His sense of humor made the trip.
Nothing, it was a perfect place.
Everything was wonderful, starting with our greeting from Mr. DoEverything Andrew. What a fun and crazy guy who gave us quite a greeting. Everything was wonderful. Our rooms, the breakfast, great location. Would definitely stay there again if back in Split.
Nothing, it was perfect in every way.

Small spaces, no food services
The location and atmosphere of the property were great. We enjoyed our bedroom, the outdoor bar and the friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was delicious and the chef ann-Marie made us short order eggs in the morning.
A little noisy at night.
The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. wonderful breakfast and coffee.
all was great
Absolutely loved the friendly and impeccable service, the location, breakfast, ambiance, bed comfort and furnishings!
The staff was really exceptional. The top rating isn’t nearly strong enough. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, had a good time, had all the transfers we needed to get to a variety of places, recommended, restaurants, and were quite entertaining.
I'm very charming place in a great location. The staff is the most helpful you could ever imagine and I have to say the most humorous. Kept everything very light and fun and everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously. Spent a few nights there and it was tough to leave. Excellent breakfast.
Fun and fantastic staff. Great location within the old city walls.
Be warned: if you ask for one of their 3 parking spaces you will need to pay (their high price) for the whole time of stay. There are less expensive (and even free) parking available at the same distance from the hotel. Staff does have a “golf cart” to shuttle people and luggage to and from the hotel.
Location and Staff. Andy, Carla and Tel were amazing.
Everything was great.
Gorgeous building in a perfect location. The courtyard bar/cafe was so cute and our friends staying at other hotels always wanted to meet up at ours. Our room was spotless and felt luxurious after our more barebones hotel in Dubrovnik. We also had a really cute private patio. The most outlier was the staff. Everyone was not just helpful but proactively friendly. I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels that had far less personable and helpful service.
Only complaint is the couple in the room across from us was loud opening/closing their door and talking in the hallway. The room seemed mostly soundproof, but not from the front door.
The location, the staff and the friendliness of Andreja made our stay memorable . Great breakfast and coffee The room was excellent . Comfortable bed, clean bath and brilliant balcony overlooking the bar
Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great room, etc etc
