The location

The food. The breakfast buffet was almost always cold. It would honestly have been better for them not to offer it and decrease the cost of the room

The staff was incredible and could not have been more helpful. Great rooms, perfect location, true air conditioning, and a breakfast that was all you could ask for. If I could rate the hotel higher than a 10 I would.

Hotel prepared breakfast box for us as we need to depart early before breakfast started.

The location in the old town was perfect. It was near food and attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable.

Large, comfortable room, excellent staff. Hotel arranged rides to and from airport for less than what local taxis were charging. They will also meet guests at the taxi circle to help bring luggage into the hotel, which is located within the pedestrian zone. Recommended good restaurants and made reservations for us.

It was a bit expensive I thought but maybe that’s because Split is a little expensive overall. Finding it was a bit tricky because it’s within the maze of streets that is Split

We had a wonderful stay at the Marmont Heritage Hotel in Split! The service was exceptional, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We especially loved the spacious shower and the delicious breakfast that was included each morning.A huge thank you to Marija at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us—especially with coordinating for our big family group. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and full of great local recommendations.The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Riva, amazing restaurants, and Diocletian’s Palace. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split!

Marmont Heritage Hotel was a great place to stay while visiting Split. It was in a great location and had a great breakfast. Very convenient.

It is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Just a short walk to everything along the water or in the palace. Breakfast was very nice in the onsite restaurant. The onsite cocktail bar was also perfect for a mid-afternoon glass of wine to beat the heat.

There is no direct taxi drop off. Luckily we travel light, but I can imagine that people with larger or multiple bags might have issues getting to the hotel from either of the taxi drop off points.

The receptionist was an extra ordinary help.They are inside the Palace Walls. There is an elevator, a guest lounge, a shared hot tub, a bar, a restaurantBreakfast is amazing

It is in the pedestrian zone, a short walk from the taxi drop off.The receptionist met us at the taxi drop off and helped with our luggage.Split does not have a golf cart shuttle service

Maria at the front desk was the highlight of our stay. She is exceptional. She was pleasant and always helpful. She met me at my taxi and helped me with my luggage when I arrived and ordered our departure taxi and helped me with my luggage again. She was always pleasant and helpful. The other people that worked at the front desk were not so pleasant and acted like I was bothering them when I asked a question. We would wait for Maria to return to ask any further questions.

It was okay, nothing special. Marija is the best front desk clerk, always willing to help. The other two were not friendly or helpful.
