It was great. Beautiful hotel. Incredibly nice staff. The sea views were great. Good restaurants and Split Palace were within walking distance. Everything was great

Everything was great.

Large and lovely buffet breakfast with every breakfast item imaginable. Coffee was self serve and it was excellent. The room itself was gorgeous!

I have nothing to add here.

Loved everything about this location & staff was nice. Spa & pool was comfortable.

I do think they are missing out on a lot of revenue with not have the pool bar open or a place to get food in afternoons.

Both breakfast and location were awesome - the staff was beyond professional and kind.

Great location, easy walk into Split. The staff accommodating. The rooms well maintained and clean. Great facilities, beautiful pool. Lovely views.

close to the sea for swimming and the city for exploration. Quiet. Large bathroom with good toiletries.Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and professional.Lovely room with everything we needed.

No restaurant in the evening but plenty in the town so not a problem.

The balcony and the breakfast was great.

Large room with balcony facing the water and public beach. Walking distance to old city. Very friendly staff. Room was quiet with excellent sound insulation despite being located near a fairly busy street and numerous pedestrians. Bed was very comfortable.

Pool was small. Street noise along one side of hotel was high unless windows were closed. Construction during the daytime on the other side of hotel was noisy especially if laying by the pool .

Terrible expensive experience

The management is very bad. I reported on the 1st night that water and some dirt came out from the drainage when we used the sink in the bathroom. As it was late in the evening, we reported to the receptionist and got some big towels to block the water. We reported that again on the 2nd day before we went out. They did offer us to change to other room, we checked and found that the room was noisy due to strong wind. We did not change the room and hope the water leakage could be fixed during the daytime. Unfortunately, the same happened when we used the sink. Other than the drainage problem, the drinking glass was dirty, and the toilet seat was movable. It shows how bad the housekeeping is. Our biggest concern is that the manager was there and did not show up to apologise. This hotel is extremely expensive due to its location. Would suggest other travelers to avoid this hotel as there are few other choices nearby.

Breakfast was sufficient. Oats or a muesli would have been nice to have with fruit and yogurt

Too expensive for the services offered. There was no food service but just breakfast.Additionally the entrance to the hotel was not very nice, neither the beach in front of the hotel

This is a great hotel close to the beach and walking distance to the Old Town. It looked recently remodeled and out room, albeit small, was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and it had everything we needed. The highlight was the staff who were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good with many great options to choose from. The pool was fine. Tip: our 2nd floor room view wasn't the greatest. Suggest 3rd floor and above.

Excellent location close to the old part of town and to the waterfront and ferry,bus and taxi transport. Rooms were spacious with enough space to lie out suitcases. Staff were excellent and helped us take luggage to our transport. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was very good and easy to adjust.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of meals and drinks. The location was convenient, within walking distance from the ferry port and train station.

Fantastic Location , spectacular view , amazing view from balcony , 5 star facilities and staff . Extra ordinary staff . Always ready to help you. Amazing breakfast quality. One of the best beach I have ever seen and this 4 star hotel which I truly believe as 5 star is the best over it ..

House keeping when they clean the room, they didn’t refill the shampoo and other stuff They just make up the room without cleaning

Probably the best located elegant hotel in Split. Beautiful view of the sea from the shady balcony in a central place close to Bacvice beach, the railway station, the bus station, the port and to Diocletian's palace. It is right next to the sea. The staff is professional and they often greet you with a smile.

The balcony door is a bit difficult to open/close. The nearby night club is a bit loud especially on weekend days. It can be heard even if the balcony door is closed but fortunately, we are not sensitive to noise and we were aware of this before choosing the hotel. The view from the balcony and the excellent location of the hotel make up for it.

We loved the staff. They made the difference. Ena and Stive were our main point of contact and they were great. Everyone else was amazing as well.Breakfast was great and the property is beautiful.

The beach club across the bay turning down the music. You will want ear plugs.
