The room was spacious, updated and plenty of outlets for phones, laptop etc.

Location was good. Rooms were modern and super comfy and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful

What a gem - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, right next to the hotel. Room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is just a few minute walk to old town Split.

The design of the rooms and cafe were excellent

All the charm of a boutique hotel with the creature comforts of a (good) chain. Staff were welcoming and helpful, rooms were well laid-out, breakfast was delicious... couldn't have asked for better

Staff met us at drop off point to escort us into the old town. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing. Location was great.

The hotel experience itself is definitely nice. However the most wonderful part of Fermai is definitely the staff. Big thanks to Branimir & Zvonimir saving us from got ripped off by a crazy taxi fraud. These two Supermen flew to us as soon as I hanged up my SOS call as the taxi driver was trying to charge us 186 euro from port of split to the hotel with his magic meter. Normally it cost around 20 euro… Especially Branimir helped to negotiate and guard us to move ourselves and our huge luggages out from the car. We ended up only paid what he deserved. Nevertheless, we believe this is not common in Croatia as everyone we met during our trips in Split and Hvar so far are super nice and sincere. This guy is totally an exception. Wish this won’t happen to anyone again.

A bit hard to find the main entrance which is off the main road. But the staff at front desk helped to put in the right pickup location for our Uber pickup.

Location was great in the old city. Close to all the cafes & palace. Hotel was impeccably clean, modern and stylish.Bed was fantastic and shower was awesome!

The staff throughout our stay were all very helpful and professional. The breakfast in particular was excellent.The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard and everything has been very thoughtfully done.Attention to detail in all aspects.

Location was a short walk to the Split Pier and exactly what I was looking for - About a 10 -12 minute walk to the water. Pleasant staff, clean room, satisfactory breakfast. No complaints! Great!

It is hard to find entrance but you cannot change the building -

Ste staff was super friendly and the hotel well appointed and in very close walking distance to the heart of the city.

The lights in the guest room hallways was too bright. Especially disturbing in the morning when you leave your room or at night when you come back to your room.

Very convenient location close to the historic town centre. On a busy road, but quiet at night and the windows are triple glazed. Very friendly & helpful staff with a delicious spread at breakfast, including freshly cooked egg options. The standard comfort rooms are a little on the small side, but our kids had an attic room which was very nice!

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated boutique hotel with amazing staff. Breakfast was amazing, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!! Very nice location close enough to the Old town.

We loved this hotel - it was the perfect base for exploring Split. We had originally booked a loft room but were upgraded on arrival to a superior room. The room was spacious and the aircon was great. Our room was cleaned daily and a 0.75L bottle of water was left for us to drink each day which was a lovely touch. Robes and slippers were provided and the hotel had a luxurious feel. The shower was great. We had issues with our tv in our room but once we notified reception this was promptly fixed. A wardrobe and safe were provided.

There was no proper bar at the hotel so no where to get a cocktail on return. Nothing else to mention, we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing, beautiful new location, so accommodating and kind great proximity!
