The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Great location, very close to the beach, town centre and bus station. The owner, was very welcoming and friendly.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Good location from the old town where we could take a car and park easily

Amazing host and a great location. We had an emergacy doctor visit and host helped us a lot with finding the best options. Really clean and tidy.

Very Good location - walking distance to old town, nearby bakery, restaurants and supermarkets. Free parking - hosts arranged free parking spot for me, just opposite to the building Studio - well equipped, clean and spacious Hosts - are awesome! Explained very details, provided information on what’s around and how to get to old town

Outside the noise - near main road

The apartment was very close to the city center and the place where I worked. It was quiet and clean. The owners were caring and nice. Would recommend!

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The hosts are so friendly and helpful , throughout our stay checked in with us to see if everything is okay and if we need anything. The location is just perfect for exploring beautiful town centre of Split , only ten minutes walk away. The apartment itself was spotless and definitely has all the amenities for your comfortable stay. We stayed for almost a week and only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much to the lovely hosts and hoping one day to return! ? 10/10 would recommend to anyone ??

Perfect location, the house was extremely clean and very welcoming, and the hosts were incredibly kind in every way.

Nice appartment and location. Leona and Mario were very friendly and helpful!

This was a perfect location for a visit to Split. We had a 20 minute walk into the city. The hosts were very accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, and a clean and comfortable room!

Great apartment, close to both beach and city center (walking distance). The host is absolutely amazing and very helpful

Absolutely great stay there. Great location 8 min walk to downtown , 5 minutes walk to the beach. Owner Mario was super helpful. Nyt there is few markets, small caffeteria, restaurants.Dvor michelin 2023 restaurant , with good viw. Highly reccommend. Bureki grill restaurant.

The hosts are amazing!!! So friendly, welcoming and on call if you need anything. The room was spacious, air conditioning, two.tvs, a perfect little kitchen and a perfect bathroom. Location was excellent - a short walk into town and very close to multiple supermarkets.

Nice comfortable apartments, in a fairly good, good central location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Slightly noisy (being on the main road).

Perfect little apartment with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Split. Fabulous location in a quieter area 15 minute walk from the old town. Hosts Mario and Leona were so helpful with providing recommendations and even stored our luggage for us, whilst also dropping us to the airport on the way home!

Nothing!

Perfect location, clean modern apartment and very nice welcoming hosts. All was great!

Comfortable king size bed. Cleanliness. The hosts Mario and Leona were very helpful and friendly. They made a special effort to save a large parking spot for our rental car close by across the road.

We had difficulty paying for our stay owing to a problem with the App our host was using on his mobile. Minimal but acceptable accessories in the apartment. Would have liked a toaster, paper towel and tissues, for example.

We travel quite a bit, and this was definitely a new experience for us. An excellent host who guides you like a true professional, from what to see in Split, where to eat, to how to buy tickets for a game. Simply fantastic. The apartment was perfect. Clean, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (two TVs, a coffee machine, fast and stable Wi-Fi, kitchenware, constant hot water, etc.). It can comfortably accommodate up to four adults if needed. What's most important for first-time visitors to Split is that the apartment comes with free parking, which, along with its great location and proximity to the city center, is a significant advantage. Quick and hassle-free check-in and check-out.This will be our first choice when traveling to Split in the future. Highly recommended!

The hospitality of Mario is priceless. The location and the cleanliness of the apartment are excellent. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Almost everything was good right from the location and its proximity to the beach and city centre. Mario and Leona were amazing. They were there at the property to welcome us at the time of check in and then Mario gave a nice introduction about Split and all the activities we could do which was great for a first time visitor. Mario was just a call / text away for any help we needed. To top it all, he even dropped us at the ferry port in his car because we had too many bags. Couldn’t have asked for more.
