Home away from home. Family friendly stay. Proper kitchen utensils available. We extended our stay. That's how good it has been! Peaceful, intimate stay. Spa onsite. Heated pool also available. Very close to shops.

The venue is neat , next to the shops ,the staff and the manager are friendly and helpful ,more special Rasta . The pools wow. The place is mind relaxing .

Their neat yard,pools ,and rooms .and the spa .in fact the place is welcoming and it is safe . The pools are not too deep they are child friendly. My kind enjoyed the jacuzzi and the warm pool .

Great location, lovely hosts who checked up on us every 30 minutes. They made sure that we got everything we needed. My family wished we had stayed longer, but we unfortunately had to stay only for one night. Beautiful and clean environment; I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Hot water was available from when we checked in till we left, the heated pool is amazing; my kids were able to swim till late in the evening. The braai facility was clean and there is a gas stove to use in the case of an emergency. overall, the facility has everything you would need as a traveler.

The place was clean and well taken care off. The kids enjoyed the warm swimming pool since it was in winter but they were able to still swim

The Host Tess was absolutely amazing, so kind, warm and friendly. The Spa team was also amazing, big ups to the Professional Masseurs that went all out to make me feel comfortable an at ease. The house was so nice and welcoming and definitely home away from home.

The towels were old and no proper bathroom mat

Very pleasant, neat and clean. The couple in charge were so helpful and accommodating- an absolute pleasure to deal with. We’ll definitely be back.

It was a cold weekend but the heated pool came in handy for the kids, they loved it.

I liked everything about the place and would also like to thank the host Tess and her hubby for welcoming us with open hands, they even suprisenly bought me a cake for my birthday, what a great gesture. Would recommend the place it's really family orientated.

I was easy to find the location, all restaurants easily accessible. The place is very neat, the caretakers very helpful, caring and made our stay pleasant.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The surrounding, the garden, private space, spacious bedroom, kitchen and sitting room, warm swimming pool and Jacuzzi, were all superb.

The place provided value for money. We booked as a group for children's vacation, the children loved it.There were enough rooms for everyone. The amenities were satisfactory. The place had everything we needed. The staff is very friendly.

The mats in the bedrooms were dusty and dirty.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Tess and her husband, Dane, for their wonderful hospitality during our stay at the resort. It was my birthday weekend, and I was genuinely surprised when Tess brought us a cake—such a touching gesture! The facilities are fantastic and very kid-friendly, with a clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, and warm pool, entertainment area that kept my children entertained. The self-catering, well-equipped apartment was spacious enough for my family. We wished our stay could have been longer! The location is perfect, close to activities and shops. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Bela Bela.

The reception upon arrival.There was provision made for loadshedding which we experienced. Air conditioning. The facilities were great.The gardens were well kept.

It was breath taking. Nothing to complain or didn't like.

The WiFi was not working properly

Bedding,please change sheets and pillows,pillowcases they are old and add mattresses protectors or something so that bed can be more comfortable
