Elephant Springs

The pool and braai area were excellent, the kitchen , double bed room also was satisfactory, The twin bed hotel room was excellent. And the hotel side is well maintained, keep up the standard.Wow the staff were friendly and assisted and did all needed to keep us happy, keep it up staff.

The twin bed rooms, at the apartment were not comfortable at all, they were old and their springs are tired , replace them please, as they gave us pain on necks and shoulders.You have a beautiful place, which lacks maintenance, especially on the apartments side, I saw your accomodation is the busiest, close some apartment for a day and vanish the door especially for room, also vanish the wooden floor on the hotel entrance from the parking lot side and lastly the paring lot pavement needs some plastering where it's broken,.Good maintenance brings more attraction for the clients???

Pool n cleanness

The bed are not comfortable they are broken n the coaches as well

I liked how close it was to shops.

The bathroom flooded and the taps attack you with water when opened fully.

Noise from other apartments, noisy visitors should be chased away.

The apartment were clean and they have very friendly staff who are willing to help at any time.

The lower rooms walls at the ground floor apartments were wet and the paint was peeling off which made the rooms stuffy.

Pictures are deceiving, it is not as beautiful as on the pictures

All the apartment lights are dim. Maintenance does not clean after fixing. Lots of cats and passages not clean. Trees are not trimmed.

The place is fine and the staff was very friendly.

The is no order after 9. The reception closes and other guests start behaving like wild animals. The noise was out of control. It felt like I was at a high school hostel. It was scary. There was screaming and loud music and running around as if people were chasing each other. My son and I were scared, we hardly sleptWhy do they need to close the reception so early?Oh and the other thing, they should indicate on their adverts that the bar is closed and they no longer serve alcohol. Items on the menu that they no longer serve, must be removed as well.False advertising is wrong.

The young man at reception (Amos) was very friendly and helpful.

The Supper was not inspiring (not properly prepared for a simple meal) and this is why I did not have breakfast. The noise levels were unbearable, and the overall look of the place was not what I expected compared to how it is advertised online. I felt I was staying at a 'Truck Stop'. While I appreciate that they are busy with renovations, the current maintenance of the facility can be improved.

Located close to Warmbaths

Its a very budget place, I do not think it is worth the current value. The place needs a lot of work, felt like staying in a hostel not hotel

I like the hotel because it is near the resort and near everything, shops and restaurants and receptionist was helpful , thank you

My advice is to make sure your hotel is clean inside and outside, especially the side of the pool it's very dirty and the water is a problem, sometimes there's no water and the shower is cold water, they must maintain the hotel

I wish the staff should check that everything in the room is working properly before the guest arrives, especially when the room was booked way in advance. Example Aircon.Instead of resting peacefully on the bed after a long trip, I had to sit on the chair waiting for the staff member to finish fixing the Aircon

Bad

There was no water and the people made noise until the early hours of the morning. The renovations where making noise as well and made our stay miserable

The booking was easily made.

I don't think the walls and floors have ever been properly cleaned. Hole in the couch. Main bedroom bathroom light not working. Guests were allowed to shoot fireworks, play loud music and party until long after 2am in the morning downstairs at the swimming pool.
