Intercity Teresópolis

I have been there before and noticed some changes in the room.

There was no bath mat in the bathroom, nor was there any shampoo or conditioner. These were items that were there last time I stayed in this hotel.

The room was very nice, the bed extremely comfortable, bathroom was very big. Breakfast was very good

The person in charge of the parking claimed it was full...

Cleanliness

No parking, busy checkout, no playground for kids

Clean, comfortable and affordable.

Staff at the front desk were very impolite, we waited for 20 minutes while the attendant spoke on the phone and afterwards spoke with another guest and never even greeted us or called someone else to help. We felt very unwelcome .

Great Staff and verry friendly

Close to restaurant and shopping

Very Good Place , silence and very clean , only suggest to inform that it has a park paid , instead to say no parking

Location is excellent. Near Teresopolis city center. Great room, very clean and a wonderful breakfast.

The hotel is pretty close to the city center. It has a restaurant and also close by there is a buffet style restaurant.

Nobody at the reception speaks English. The a la carte food at the restaurant is below average.

Great location. Close to town centre and the bus station is only a 5 -10 minute walk away. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy hotel. Would use again.

Air conditioning not very good in room 308. Breakfast on Sunday morning was inefficient due to quantity of guests versus quantity of waiters. Had to wait 20 minutes for fresh scrambled eggs to arrive.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel's perfect location, convenient parking, and friendly, attentive staff added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

Everything was good.

location

cleaness, sheets were too small, the room was smelling mold/old/dusty.

The room was big, nice and clean. The internet connection worked well and was stable. We also enjoyed breakfasts. Very good place to stay!

One Man and one Lady at the reception spoke good English (sorry, do not remember their names). It would be great to be able to communicate easier with the rest od the staff ;)

staff, cleanliness, location

The hotel is nice, sort of like an Ibis, there are no other hotels in Teresopolis with this standard. The city lacks good housing, unfortunately.

It is very expensive for what is offered, there are no extra beds, so I had to sleep on the floor in order to my child sleep in the bed.Breakfast is ok and location is rather far from City Downtown, a car is a must. The shower temp varies a lot depending on whether there are others usings the shower in upper floors.

clean, nice staff.

Poor menu.
