My wife was treated in an extremely unprofessional and rude manner! The room was filthy and when my wife went to address the issue housekeeping staff member started yelling at my wife and told her if she didnt think the room was clean she could clean it herself! When she asked to speak to the manager he /she was conveniently unable she left her name and room number and manager never addressed the issue with my wife.The following day she asked to speak to the manager and again they were unavailable ( in a meeting) my wife overheard the same housekeeping lady disrespecting her to fellow staff saying she was crazy and a racist lair, and all she asked was to have the floors properly cleaned, sand and dirt removed along with paper and trash that was under the bed removed.This was completely unprofessional and the manager and housekeeping lady should be reprimanded with severe consequences from Wyndem corporate office. Will be sending a formal letter to the Hotel corporate office in parsippany, New Jersey and let Wyndham address this issue with the franchise owner along with their staff, with photos that was taken along with videos. Requesting a full refund.Never will I stay at this Hotel again !The worst experience a person could have with a Hotel in Macae Brazil! Hotels that are a direct reflection of a major corpration take this kind of behavior serious and do not tolerate such unprofessional work ethics to treat a Hotel guest with such disrespect is an out right reflection of the establishment.

Only the bed was comfortable. Everything other than that was extremely disappointing and disgusting in some cases.

Rusty, old, not clean, very slow unwelcoming staff

Very comfortable bed in the room, nice view, very good location close to the center and to the beach as well.

The bathroom was way too small and uncomfortable, this was not expected considering the hotel star rating and the price. The pool closes early, at 5pm, we used it in the morning but it was dirty. The gym is poor, lacking equipment. It looked like there was a smart TV in the room but Netflix and other apps are not really there.

We choice this hotel for one of our employee and the staff was very helpful allowing to checkin early.

over all its a nice hotel

the only thing I did not like was the AC, the sound of it was too strong during the night, specifically the engine place outside at the balcony. Apart from that the hotel was nice.

it all was good. the breakfast is served on the table. the parking is included in rate.

at 5am looked noon cause of the light sun. we haven’t sleep anymore and it has been terrible. we have came back wedding party and we have tired a lot, but it was impossible to relax.

Good place

There is no hot water and the property didn’t advise previously.

The guy at reception was helpful.
