No milk for the coffee offered at the entrance of the restaurant Never enjoyed the desert. Most were too sweet .

Great location and easy access to other cities. Avoids congestion of Sao Paulo. Near by Atabaia has good bars and restaraunts. Hotel facilities are good and pool areas great if you are lucky to have time to try it.

Awesome staff, good food and cosy clean premisses. Lovely place to be with my 8 year old son. He loved the pools and the indoor video games.

Very cozy place, with a nice view of Atibaia city. Great variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staff was also prompted to help and support.

As a future improvement to the hotel, I suggest a smoking terrace with heaters for those who like to smoke and don't disturb the nonsmoking guests

The food was incredible, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I also loved how many small children were at the property. We travelled with our toddlers and the staff did a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable. I felt really safe at the property, even while at one the pools. Speaking of pools, the children’s pool is incredible. Our toddlers had so much fun going down the mini slides they didn’t want to leave.

The marketing materials definitely undersold the value of our stay. We were unsure if we wanted to travel abroad to visit this property and I’m really glad we did, but it wasn’t due to their website or marketing materials.

Amazing crew, very pleasant to be received there, a pretty big infrastructure and glamorous air. Have several entertainment options, you can enjoy in several ways.

here at booking.com, the ad shows as all-inclusive, but only basic meals were included. Not entertaining for my kids both below 3 years old, so be aware that you don't have much to do if you have a young child. My experience was certainly frustrating and seemed to be a decadent resort, not an excellent first-time resort experience to anyone.

I was in vacation time with my family, so I didn’t see any recreation program to my son 12 yo, quite events companies was happening in the same time, loud noise in the restaurants and the worst that I have seen before in my hole life , we are enjoying swimming pool one staff closed with colourful rope because will be happen a event for a company inside of the pool. It was ever incredibly I’m my whole life.

Excellent resort type of hotel for families with young children. Good buffet restaurant - rates are normally high but are all inclusive. Has two pool areas - with a huge child friendly family pool and a decent adult pool too.

A large hotel (which can accommodate 4000 people) that frequently has business conventions. At weekends normally just families.

The buffet was very good. Breakfast as well as dinner.

During check-in staff was extremely cold (mrs. Mayra) and not very professional.

Rice was always very dried and seemed old. toilet paper holder was old and fell apart.

The range of pools, the food

Common areas weren't kept clean, indoor pool area and common bathroom areas weren't even cleaned overnight! Hotel is too spaced out to really enjoy. Wasn't much for a 2yr old to do apart from swimming, play area was for babies or 4yrs+.

Clean, helpful staff

A little bit old rooms, not very comfortable beds. Towels very tin.

I was very disappointed with the maintenance of the room: the door made a lot of noise every time it was opened/closed. The toilet and sink in the bathroom were clogged. Wrong information about activities in the guest support center.

Staff are super attentions and friendly.
