Морам да пишам на македонски,само така можам да ја доловам суштината.Хотелот е преубав,имавме соба со поглед на цело Крушево,прекрасно!Персоналот беше љубезен,особено дечките на рецепција.

Она што не ни се допадна беше појадокот.Премногу сиромашен-јајца приготвени на неколку начини,леб и кифли,виршли и некои житарки.И така секој ден беше исто.Па за 100 евра од ноќ со појадок требаше да има некои варијации и разновидност.Е сега да кажам збор два за спа центарот.Чисто,убаво,погледот прекрасен,ти се бањаш,а надвор снег врне-убавини.Но гостите,особено тие со деца,па толку простачко и некултурно однесување не сум видела.Го расипаа џакузито,еден куп деца се фрлаа во базенот,а имаше напишано правило дека е забрането.Доаѓаа со гнасни обувки во спа-то,ужас.Не е хотелот крив што народот е прост и нецивилизиран.Додека со ќерка ми се бањавме,начекавме да нема никој во спа-то,доаѓа едно детенце,макс да имаше 2-3 годинки.Влегува и се упатува кон базенот облечено во тренерки и патичиња.Веднаш рипнав,дојдов до него и го прашувам "само си"?,а тоа ми вика дојдов водата да ја фатам.Брзо го земав за рака и го однесов до игротеката Немаше ниту еден родител во околината.Луѓе,вработените во хотелот не се обезбедување,си имааат тие своја работа и тоа еден куп работа овој период.Ова ми беше за памет следен период на распуст никако да не резервираме,не заради децата,туку ради родителите што немаат елементарна култура.

Great location, especially when there is snow – the paths are clean and salted.The staff is very kind and welcoming.Rooms are very clean, well equipped, with towels, bathrobes and all essential amenities.The beds are very comfortable and high.The terrace view over Krusevo is beautiful.There is enough space everywhere, including the bathroom, which is very well designed.

The spa must be booked in advance for 2-hour slots (for example 12–14 or 18–20), which is fine only if the schedule is respected and controlled.We booked from 20:00 to 22:00, but the guests from 18:00 to 20:00 (two families with children) stayed longer. The children were screaming, jumping, splashing water like in an aquapark. One child almost drowned. There was no peace at all, which is unacceptable for a spa center.I understand this may not be a regular situation, but there should definitely be a lifeguard or staff member controlling the spa area.Because of this, we booked the spa the next day at 10:00 (opening time). However, the jacuzzi, sauna and loungers were not warm even by 12:00. If the spa opens at 10:00, it should realistically be heated earlier. Everything was cold, and we were told to come back later. When we came back at 20:00, we were told it was full.The restaurant is excellent if you order lunch or dinner and pay for it – fresh food, tasty, very good quality. However, although hotel guests are entitled to a 10% discount, we did not receive it and paid full price.Even though there seems to be “variety” for breakfast, it is pointless when the food is stale and from the previous days.Bagels were extremely hard, impossible to bite.The pie was dry and falling apart.Vegetables were dried out, apples and fruit were spoiled.Only the fried eggs were fresh, sausages were also stale.They put only around 10 pancakes, cut in half, which is absolutely not enough for a hotel with up to 60+ guests.I understand this might be acceptable on weekdays, but on weekends when the hotel is full, much more effort is needed.

Spa wasnt working for about two weeks and nobody told us until we went to try it. We paid the full price that includes spa facilities . People smoke in restaurant, very bad

The rooms are spacious and with an amazing view to the valley and city! The bed is comfortable and the room has the correct furniture and services, such as kettle, water, fridge etc… the balcony is a plus with nice chairs to enjoy the view. Restaurante for dinner was very decent and the employer was nice and willing to help and serve us a Macedonian typical experience!

1- difficult to find the entrance, it seems you can only find the restaurante and not the hotel. Which can easily be fixed with a sign and a more welcoming entrance to the elevator. 2- the hotel smells very strong chlorine swimming pool water treatment, it also feels like mould but it’s just the lack of ventilation and windows open. The humidity from the pool is felt everywhere. Luckily not in the room. 3- breakfast is very basic, employers not collaborative at all for a 4* hotel, they even charge for a simple expresso. Breakfast doesn’t have fresh food, no eggs on request, no scrambled eggs. Some very oily omelets are sitting there.4- restaurante air is also stuffy and should also be ventilated. To be honest a 3* hotel maximum!

I had an excellent stay with my family.The hotel is well-equipped, and the staff is very kind — the reception in particular left a wonderful impression.The breakfast is varied, the food is warm and tasty.We had a lovely afternoon in the spa center with a beautiful view.

We received an upgrade to deluxe suite. The room was lovely, it was spacious, had a large balcony, and a very nice view. We also liked the pool. Not crowded and the water was pleasant.The location is good, in a forest, with beautiful views. The breakfast was tasty, but cold.

Soundproofing. We could hear noise from the lobby and the pool in our room. The food in the restaurant was cooked without any salt, this made it a bit tasteless. The kids indoor playground is very small and most of the toys are broken.The front desk. We only tried to call once during our stay, and there was no answer. I went down, rang the bell, still no one showed up.There was an open hole by the pool with no warning or a sign (photo attached).

Чисто и удобно. Вработените се многу пријатни. Храната во ресторанот е одлична, а цените прифатливи. Собата имаше тераса со прекрасен поглед. Со задоволство повторно би го посетил.

Good, spatious rooms, the breakfast was really good, with a variety of food, friendly stuff

The heating in the toilet didn't work. They didn't fix it, although we reported it.

The hotel is suited in a wonderful area, with wonderful view.

The restaurant at this hotel doubles as a smoking area, which significantly impacts the dining experience. Walking into a room filled with smoke for breakfast or dinner is super unpleasant. The toilets in the room are not well maintained and the area around the shower shows sign of mold. Hygiene of the rooms should be improved.

This hotel is a hidden jewel in the heart of the forest. Rooms are clean spacious and beautiful decorated with a fantastic view. Staff is very kind and friendly willing to help. Food and breakfast rich and tasty. I would love to visit again

The WiFi connection in the room was really bad. All the rest were perfect.

The location is perfect, the staff is perfect, the food also is great.

I have some complaints about the cleanes, the spa centar was not so clean, in the sauna doesn't have warer for the heater, the jacuzzi wasn't working so i had to ask the staff to turn it on, the bed in the room was not comfortable.

I liked almost everything! Spa was perfect, view was perfect, staff was nice, kind and professional. The restaurant staff was perfect, the breakfast TASTYYYY ❤️

I didnt like the gym, no cardio equipment, old machines and dusty.

Do not miss the restaurant, great view, delicious food.

The restaurant should be improved, they sell only precooked food , it says homemade ajvar but it’s actually industrial, smashed potatoes also industrial which is not good , overall good for a short stay
