Fantastic location. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The location was excellent. Central to all activities. We walked everywhere especially to the beach and restaurants.The place was very clean. Bathroom beautiful. We did not have the breakfast inlcuded.

There needed to be soaps and handwash in the bathrooms.

The location and the staff were fantastic and it was a perfect sized room for our group (one couple and two friends). We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The staff went above and beyond to help us and were really accommodating.

No AC in the bedrooms was a little tough. It was cool at night and we could open the windows, but it was pretty hot.

we have made use of this accommodation a few times, and do not even bother to look at any other accommodation when visiting Hermanus. The location cannot be more central. Shops, restaurants, the beach walking trail, art galleries, coffee shops.. all in walking distance. The staff is charming and very helpful. The flat spacious and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable. we loved the quality of the soaps and cream provided. Towels and bedding were fresh, comfortable and clean.

Although there are more than enough plugs in the flat, there are no two point plugs or any Usb ports in the unit- for charging devices etc. Full length mirror is only available in the one bedroom. It could be useful to have one in the cupboard of the smaller bedroom. DSTV - even if its a small bouquet or even offered at an extra cost would have made watching the sport over the weekend much easier. we didnt have our own dstv account details with us - so could not use the smart tv. we realized that the units are not brand new any more-and it shows.. it does seem that a little care to freshen up some chipped away paint and wear on furniture could be addressed.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—close to whale watching, shops, and everything else we wanted to explore. Having a store nearby was super convenient too. Truly an incredible place, we’d love to come back!

Very clean apartment in the middle of Hermanus. Large too. And quiet & safe.

Rental apartments like these miss character and authenticity. It’s all designed for fast and efficient cleaning. But other that that it’s good value for money.

The location is prime, situated in the city center of Hermanus, close to all amenities and restaurants. The fact that it's situated within a little mall is perfect for self catering. The restaurant was clean and menu was good.

The room was perfect, the only pity was that there was no TV in the bedroom as the weather at the time during the stay was cold and wet and we were unable to make use of the outside fire/braai place due to that but not at any fault of the hotel. I am definitely considering a Summer stay there

Unit was very spacious, modern and clean. Proximity to main centre is excellent. Close to all shops and restaurants. Generally secure in terms of security. The unit is well appointed in terms of all the things needed to be a self catering apartment. Daily cleaning service is a bonus.

The breakfast setup is unusual, and not well thought out. Staff sitting at various tables doing work with computers and paperwork in the same area as having breakfast is just awkward. Staff not very well trained in taking and managing breakfast area, despite there being several other 'admin' staff in the same area that could help during busy periods, which they did not. The breakfast experience was a 4/10 at best.The setup of the hotel above the mall area is also unusual, but managed well enough to not make it unpleasant.Our unit had a view of the neighbouring property roof, with a sliver of ocean view in the distance. It would have been great if this was pointed out clearly on the listing, as not having a decent view is a major point worth noting.

we were not expecting such a beautiful apartment with a sea view , 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom for the 4 of us was a luxury! great area, safe, 1 min from the shops , quiet , staff amazingly friendly , super clean.

the breakfast area is a bit dark , we preferred using our own terrasse and bought bread at the checkers downstairs or the bakery. Hermanus is full of great coffee places too

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and spacious with all the comfort to be expected.

The manner in which breakfast was served and the fact that what the staff had explained or agreed to on check in the one day, did not materialize the following day when staff changed.

Everything and more than what we needed. Very spacious!

The noise on a Saturday night (our room were facing the parking lot/street) but eventually it quieted down.

Strong winds with loose roof sheets during the night! Not hot water in kitchen of one of the flats.

Breakfast was a bit sparse and often the fruit salads were not refilled. Vegan options would be welcome too.

Spacious and clean, very good for couples with kids, as kitchen facilities are excellent and there is a supermarket 2 minutes away.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. It felt strange to be in a shopping mall, especially in the evenings when the shops were closed! Ideal situation, easy walking to restaurants, bars and the sea. Loved the idea of a fully serviced, self catering apartment. The view from the bedroom window in the mornings was spectacular!The staff were very polite and accommodating.

One or two of the fixtures and fittings were starting to look a little worn. Nothing serious.Could have done with salt and pepper pots in the apartment. The dishwasher was a little redundant as there wasn't enough crockery and cutlery to even half fill it!

Microwave didn't work. The light in the main en-suite bathroom started flashing even though it was off.
